Nice and clean, the receptionist is really accommodating. The breakfast is really good

The entire place was under construction and only one side door was unlocked the concrete steps to the door had been removed none of the amenities were available. We woke up in the morning with a crew of 6 painters slamming a ladder up to the balcony and spraying paint on the balcony 10 ft from the bed. No privacy. It was 3 am when we arrived from a 6 hr drive in a blizzard. I complained to the hotel they were totally unwilling to refund my money for 2 nights paid in advance because we were there to go to a family funeral. Trip. Com was also unable and or unwilling to refund my money to my card to get another room. The room itself was clean and decent other than the plastic over the windows and 6 painters ladders fumes and a spray rig blasting paint fumes everywhere. They charged me full price for a building that should have been closed altogether inside and outside a complete commercial construction project. I am completely disgusted with trip. Com as well as Marriot Denver Tech center and until I am refunded the money or comped a decent hotel room by both businesses I will never use trip.com or Marriot anywhere ever again.

Hotel was undergoing renovations but overall I enjoyed my stay. My room didn't have a bathtub but was very nice and clean.

They don't even have a microwave and when I asked the front desk they refused to accommodate me.. I wanted a bathtub to relax in but they would not move me smh I'm disappointed at the level of disrespect and lack of customer service they have here.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El personal es muy amable siempre fueron muy atentos para ayudarnos. El hotel es precioso.
