Khách sạn nằm gần các điểm tham quan du lịch và khách sạn có bầu không khí rất lạ nhưng thoải mái. Bữa sáng đơn giản nhưng ngon miệng và nhân viên rất thân thiện.

Đó là kỳ nghỉ hoàn hảo nhất!! Khách sạn tuyệt vời, rất đích thực, vị trí thuận lợi n*** cạnh Quảng trường Dubar, và bữa sáng thì tuyệt vời. Có hơi ồn vào ban đêm nhưng dù sao thì đó cũng là cái giá phải trả để ở trung tâm.

Vị trí tuyệt vời (đi bộ đến các điểm tham quan chính của Patan trong vòng 5 phút và cách sân bay khoảng 10-16 phút - nếu không có giao thông); khách sạn nằm ở một nơi yên tĩnh mặc dù rất trung tâm. Tôi đến khách sạn lúc 2 giờ sáng, gọi điện cho khách sạn để thông báo rằng tôi sẽ đến muộn và nhân viên đã đến đón tôi trên phố. Nhân viên TUYỆT VỜI và rất tử tế!! Bữa sáng tuyệt vời (trứng; trái cây; bánh mì nướng; ngũ cốc; cà phê; trà - tất cả đều được bao gồm và có thể lựa chọn); phòng rất ấm cúng; KHÔNG CÓ NƯỚC NÓNG! Đối với máy sấy tóc, bạn phải hỏi lễ tân để mượn. Vui lòng nhắc mang theo bàn chải đánh răng, kem đánh răng và các vật dụng cần thiết cơ bản. Khách sạn sẽ cung cấp khăn tắm, dầu gội và xà phòng.

很漂亮的帶花園民宿，乾淨舒適，服務也很好，離廣場就走2分鐘，周圍也有很多吃飯的地方。離機場也不是很遠。轉機十多個小時隨意訂來歇腳，結果非常驚艷！

天花板太低了，撞一頭大包。標準的紐瓦酈傳統建築，撞暈衹怪自己長太高

位置鬧中取靜，傳統紐瓦麗院子很有特色。唯一遺憾是層高很低，Mind your head 哈哈

What a beautiful place! We were delighted by this lovely authentic Newari home hotel. The place is so clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is generous and delicious and what a pleasure to sit in the lovely hotel garden every morning. It’s so quiet even though it’s a short walk from Patan Durbar Square. Door entrances are low so if your tall bending required but its worth it :-) Providing mineral water in the room every day was so useful as was a small kettle to make a cup of tea. It was a magical experience we will never forget. Also try out the Jazz club next door which has live jazz every Friday night.

A lovely guesthouse in a fantastic location right next to Patan Durbar Square. The rooms are well-sized and tastefully decorated, the staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly, and the little garden is a delight. It's also very good value!

What a beautiful hidden place ! Peaceful, authentic and confortable. All you need is there. The garden is very nice and the rooms too. Super helpful and kind staff. Just 5 minutes walk to Patan Durbar Square. Definitely recommend it and will come again!

I recently spent 6 nights at the Boutique Heritage Home in Patan with my family and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is ideal—central yet tucked away from the main road, offering a peaceful retreat while still being only a 5-minute walk to Patan Durbar Square and the Patan Museum. It’s the perfect spot for those wanting easy access to the city’s historic sites but also seeking a quiet place to relax. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and I particularly appreciated the heated blanket, which was a thoughtful touch during the cooler nights. One of the highlights was the beautiful back garden, where breakfast is served each morning. It’s such a tranquil spot to start the day, surrounded by greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions. I would highly recommend this charming boutique hotel for anyone looking for a cozy, authentic, and peaceful place to stay in Kathmandu.

I love to staying here. The location of the hotel is near Patan Durbar Square which is only 5min by walking and it is so nice to look around.They have different types of rooms and very beautiful garden where they serve breakfast. I really like the breakfast there is many options to choose. The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly.Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Such a wonderful hotel in the centre of Patan. I stayed as part of a school group- 20 of us in total and we had the best time here. All the staff went out of their way to help us and did a great job every morning getting breakfast out to all 20 of us before we had to set off for school!

first of all, it was lovely to stay in patan rather than in unbearable thamel. the hotel’s access from the main road into a block of buildings is a bit alarming but once inside it is a little haven of peace with a lovely garden. the staff are charming and helpful. the house itself is beautiful and tastefully renovated. however, the typical problem with this kind of old house is that there is no aircon. our room was on the top floor and the heat, despite the fan, was stifling and unbearable. also, every doorway and staircase is a hazard as everything is so low and the steps so narrow. you really need to be careful at all times. the breakfast was very nice but something needs to be done about mosquitoes in the garden
