Amazing hotel location. A bit dated but grand in so many ways. Would stay here again without a doubt.

I enjoyed every minute staying here thanks to the guys who arranged a room that fully matched my expectations! Also, beautiful mountain views, very peaceful place. Great people! The team impressed me how attentive they are whenever I had a question or an issue - they made sure it was handled with the high level of professionalism. I was genuinely touched ❤ This friendly and customer-oriented approach made me want to stay longer with them, and I extended this hotel twice. And I definitely get back as soon as I have Oman on my list again to refresh this 10/10 positive experience one more time 🥰

Excellent location! Being close to the Ruwi Bus Station made getting around easier. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable.

So helpful staff and the receptionists were so polite and gentle And the hotel itself was excellent I recommend it

房間乾淨整潔，有24小時的熱水。早餐在這個價位裏也是很不錯的，酒店每天中午晚上都有自助餐。去Mutrah的話有公交車但是建議打車也很便宜。

沒法自駕所以只能定巴士總站旁的酒店，附近都是印度巴基斯坦人聚集地，出租車都是坐地起價～酒店距離巴士總站要走10分鐘

滞在期間の少ないオマーンで、あえて、マスカトではなく、隣のRuwiに宿泊したことは正解でした。ホテルの裏にある岩山は最高でした。自然の雄大さを目の当たりに実感できます。このクラスのホテルで、この値段は絶対お得です。

酒店內部很老派的風格，環境和裝潢都還不錯，主要很乾凈！外面背靠山，很有特色，周邊步行十分鐘左右有大一點的超市和atm。

從來不評論，除非非常生氣！😡😡😡 在攜程上訂這家酒店的時候，顯示的是1.5米大床房雙人間，那意思不就是默認支持兩個人入住嗎？訂單顯示如果需要額外加床需要+10OMR，那既然是雙人間，我就不需要加床，睡一張床就好了，結果到了酒店告訴我這個房間僅支持一人入住，如果需要兩個人入住，需要加錢10OMR合人民幣200一晚一個人，兩晚400人民幣，前台給出的説法就是我沒有在訂單上備註需要兩個人入住，所以默認是一個人入住，所以現在需要加錢，我説那訂單顯示的是雙人間啊？最後額外加了15OMR入住成功合人民幣300。不包含餐食也沒加床😡最後一句題外話：在此之前，我看了好幾遍訂單，確認是雙人間，並沒有看到僅支持一人入住的字眼，但是當我到達酒店辦理入住的時候，僅支持一人入住的字樣，在非常顯眼的訂單的位置，我不懂是我真的看漏了還是….？🙄️
