Excellent location! Being close to the Ruwi Bus Station made getting around easier. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable.

沒法自駕所以只能定巴士總站旁的酒店，附近都是印度巴基斯坦人聚集地，出租車都是坐地起價～酒店距離巴士總站要走10分鐘

酒店內部很老派的風格，環境和裝潢都還不錯，主要很乾凈！外面背靠山，很有特色，周邊步行十分鐘左右有大一點的超市和atm。

從來不評論，除非非常生氣！😡😡😡 在攜程上訂這家酒店的時候，顯示的是1.5米大床房雙人間，那意思不就是默認支持兩個人入住嗎？訂單顯示如果需要額外加床需要+10OMR，那既然是雙人間，我就不需要加床，睡一張床就好了，結果到了酒店告訴我這個房間僅支持一人入住，如果需要兩個人入住，需要加錢10OMR合人民幣200一晚一個人，兩晚400人民幣，前台給出的説法就是我沒有在訂單上備註需要兩個人入住，所以默認是一個人入住，所以現在需要加錢，我説那訂單顯示的是雙人間啊？最後額外加了15OMR入住成功合人民幣300。不包含餐食也沒加床😡最後一句題外話：在此之前，我看了好幾遍訂單，確認是雙人間，並沒有看到僅支持一人入住的字眼，但是當我到達酒店辦理入住的時候，僅支持一人入住的字樣，在非常顯眼的訂單的位置，我不懂是我真的看漏了還是….？🙄️

Very good Mr. Chitta's services and I am very thanks to him. I will re-visit this hotel because I got a good memories and his kind. I got a his many services and he gives us too many kind and services. We will come back to muscat. I am sure come to this hotel!!

Looks lovely but that's as far as it goes , waited 3 hours to be checked in , not even offered a drink, roon was a large and on the 5th floor, mattress, mattress protector and pillows were filthy, stained, and the bed very hard. Carpet stained, mould on the bathroom ceiling, buffet breakfast was very poor. Mahroz at reception was very friendly, if you are a smoker , you go out the back , there is no shade and rubbish outside. You have to walk through the mens gym to get to the pool, not good when it's full of young lads making comments to you as you go through. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Smoke detector continually beeping.

Nice hotel, rooms good size along with bathroom. Hotel does have a modern feel to it and is very well maintained and kept very clean. Housekeeping staff super friendly along with most of the staff, breakfast in morning good variety, although as it’s not busy food sits in chaffing dishes to long as a few times had cold food. Dinner in restaurant also ok. Hotel is in the business/finance district so not close to any attractions, if you have a car you are only a few minutes drive away from Mutrah and other attractions, so if you are a western tourist without a car I would look for another hotel closer to tourist hotspots.

I booked this hotel for 4 nights via MMT. We came early morning to the hotel Reception guy initially told that we don't allow early check-ins as we are fully sold out. Then he started discussing on rate for available rooms to get ready in just 20 minutes. I offered him full night rent as per my rate/night of my 4 days booking though I have not stayed in the night but still he wanted the full night higher rates which is decided by him. I am surprised with such non professional approach just to snatch money from guest pocket. Every guest has to be aware with such properties who choose money only.
