Отличный отель для семейного отдыха! Еда разнообразная и вкусная, места много и для прогулок (великолепная территория с сосновым лесом) и для отдыха (много лежаков и достаточно много пространства).

5/5 Stars The hotel patisserie and the service staff exceeded our expectations! The coffee was expertly brewed, and the cake was divine. The atmosphere of the patisserie was inviting and cozy. The waitress Ruken at the hotel's patisserie was prompt, courteous, and attentive throughout out visit. Her English was excellent, which was a big plus for us as foreign guests. What really impressed us, however, was her initiative and enthusiasm. She also took the time to offer us some vacation tips and recommendations which were very helpful and gave us some new ideas. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend the hotel and especially the patisserie to others. *Would we return?:* Absolutely! We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful grounds. Very relaxing. Happy to have chosen this hotel. Food is ofamazing quality and taste, they serve it in small amounts at the buffet for fresheness nd conatantly replenishing it. Spcial shout out to the barista Rukem and the guy with tatoos and glasses at the Patisserie. Super baristas, hard working, attention to detail. Kaan at the main restaurant... My kid wants everyone to know that the chicken nuggets and the onion rings were very delicious and so were the merengue cookies. The main restaurant did a freat job with the themed dinners, my favorite was Turkish with ci cufte and lamb. The ala carte is 30e per adult. We had a ground room floor for bigger patio. The pool bar is fantastic, drinks are of great quality and brand names. Large and beautiful grounds to stroll your children or for those who like cadual walks, elderly and families with kids. Mostly russian speaking guests.

We viseted this hotel last year it was so good we had to come back the staff is really kind and they always stay and satisfy your needs , a lot of activities for adults and children programs , the food is well cooked there is always something to eat ,there is a veriaty of drinks , the messages are really good , the pools are not that deep and they are always lifeguards but most importantly is the fresh air and the hygine there is here . My brother has bronchitis and we have to choose our vecations according to him so a lot of treas and the air here is quiete good. The rooms always get cleaned every day definitely recommend will come back next year .

This was beautiful hotel with great views. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The mans of the bar was very friendly with my son. Food and sweets was delicious. Room was very clean and has all necessary things . Just i dont like samthing, one 5stars hotel dont have bathrobes. The man in reception it was not frendly. But this does not take away the beauty of the hotel. Thank you all friendly staff.

Very dirty room. Very disappointed. Rang reception and they sent someone with anti bacterial spray and a mop and he wiped down the dirty surfaces. This is definitely NOT 5 star accommodation. Theres three people in this room and not enough room to move around. Need to sleep. Tui rep didn’t sound surprised. That was a concern too! We came to celebrate my grandson’s 10th birthday

Don't Waste Your Money! Our stay at Baia Kemer Club was a series of disappointments from start to finish. We were expecting a relaxing holiday, but instead, we got disgusting accommodations, awful service, and unclean facilities. Here's what we experienced: Rooms: Upon entering our room, we were met with a strong smell of sewage that lingered the entire stay. We had to hold our noses every time we walked in. The shower leaked, and overall, the room looked incredibly worn down. Although our reservation was for three people, the room was set up for only one: there was no bedding on the duvets, and I had to repeatedly call reception to have basic amenities replaced. The mini-bar, which was supposedly restocked daily, was only replenished once, after two calls to the front desk. Service: The staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. Some bartenders even swore when we asked for simple requests, like shaking a cocktail instead of just pouring alcohol into a glass. It was as though basic customer service didn’t exist here. The outside restaurant patio had very limited seating, and tables were never cleaned—we had to clear them ourselves. When we sought assistance from reception, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Facilities: The pool areas were filthy, littered with dried spills, cigarette butts, and even bird droppings. We saw only one person attempting to clean the pool, beach, and garden areas, which was clearly insufficient. The beach bar and the a la carte restaurants we were promised were all closed, and the pier was dismantled. Food: The food was genuinely terrible. Every meal felt like a repeat of the last, with cold, tasteless options that didn’t vary day to day. Fruits were limited to apples, tasteless melon, and the occasional hard plum. As for the drinks, they were watered down, and only the beer was somewhat drinkable. Entertainment: There was little to no proper entertainment. The loud club music blared non-stop, leaving guests covering their ears or retreating to their rooms. There were no sports activities, and the promised facilities were nowhere to be found. We felt misled and disappointed, as the majority of advertised amenities were unavailable or simply dysfunctional. I will be demanding a refund from our tour operator for what was a truly substandard experience at Baia Kemer Club. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

Very nice hotel. Big territory, good food, nice beach, professional and friendly staff, especially Serpil and Deniz. We spent really good time here and will definitely arrive again. I recommend this hotel for couples or for families with small kids

I am very disappointed with the interaction with the staff. My relatives were staying at this hotel, and I called in advance to find out if I could spend the day with them. I was informed that there were no available rooms, but for 100 euros, I could access the hotel grounds from 9 AM to 9 PM. For more information, I was told to inquire at reception. I rented a car, traveled from Antalya and arrived at 8:30 AM with my small child, but I wasn’t even allowed past the gate (there was no way to reach the reception). My relatives went to sort things out, but they were told to wait until 9 AM. We stood outside in the heat with the child, waiting. After 9 AM, my relatives approached the staff again, but they were simply told the hotel was full and no one could be allowed in. What’s most frustrating is that they could have told me over the phone that no visitors are allowed, but they didn’t. It felt like this was done on purpose. In the end, I couldn’t spend time with my loved ones, even though I came specifically for that. They also chose this hotel because it’s close to Antalya. The staff were extremely rude and indifferent. This kind of attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable. I am very disappointed.

They frequently forhet to cleanjhuu your room and when they does, it wasnt good enought. Smell from the boothroon does wake you up in the middle of the night. The pools are not cleaned. Lot of dirt in the pools itself and the pool area. Not good.

This was our first time staying here. We picked this hotel due to the stunning mountains views and they were absolutely breathtaking everyday! The greenery was also beautiful. We had booked 2 rooms but due to our flights being late we arrived at the hotel after 1am and the 2 rooms were not next to each other. The next morning however the reception staff, namely Serpil had arranged for us to view a family room after I requested this. She was very friendly and helpful, organised and efficient as I could see how hard she was working helping other hotel guests too. After seeing the new room, she organised for our suitcases to be collected and moved by Ismail, hotel porter, who promptly did this. We loved our new family room and were grateful for the switch as we have 3 young children and it meant we could spend all our time together. The food was amazing, especially the lunch at the pool restaurant which had so many options for the children (pizza, fries, chicken wraps, chicken tenders, pastas Inc spaghetti) and the waiters were so friendly and kind. Everyday we saw Sertip and Yusaf and they would greet us with a great smile and find us a table, and bring our drinks. They always made an effort with the kids, my son is a Manchester City fan and Sertip always made an effort to talk about this as he is also a premier league football fan. They worked so hard everyday! And couldn’t do enough for us. Service was brilliant!!!! The pools are amazing, the kids loved the slides and kids club. There was also a football pitch, tennis court and basketball ring which my eldest son who is 9 years old enjoyed. My youngest son is 3 and loved the activities and toys in the kids club and playground outside. My daughter (7) loved the evening shows although they did finish a bit late in the evening. The hotel was clean and just stunning to walk around outside, so relaxing and peaceful! We did the parasailing, the guy there, Farooq was amazing in telling us about Kemer city and things to do. We visited land of legends and the Antalya mall although both were quite far. We would recommend the taxi service provided by the hotel. I think he was called Ismaeel, but they charged a very fair price compared to the taxis from outside which you need to be careful off as they are expensive. We plan to come back soon!

This hotel is not a 5* resort. The experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible and traumatic. The staff are rude, from day 1 my family were excited to enjoy our holiday, breakfast in the morning tried to get someone to take drinks order, the staff would disappear with the order and not come back. After 2 days of this gave up and served my self. If you asked staff anything they responded aggressively. It made the holiday experience absolutely awful. The reception staff were also rude and dismissive. You call them about something they hang up before you’ve finished talking. The bedrooms are definitely not 5* star. The rooms were dirty and the bed sheets were never changed. I had to call repeated to have changed. The food was always the same, there was no theme night. There was a microwave which I found, however I did not want to use as it was filthy. It was clear that it had not been cleaned for a while. The swimming pool was good, but I would say we spent our time there to avoid the staff. The kids club was pathetic, there was nothing much to do there, there was no planned activities, the staff did not speak English so couldn’t communicate with my children. The children’s play park is unsafe, on one evening there was a boy playing on the swings, it suddenly collapsed with the boy in it and luckily did not fall on any of the children, the boy looked traumatised. But clearly shows that equipment is not checked for safety especially when it relates to children. My family have been on a number of holiday and the way staff behave affects the whole experience of the holiday. The staff in this hotel really ruined our holiday and I will never go back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel does not meet the 5* standard. Me and my family were disappointed with the hotel for various reasons which I have outlined below. 1. Staff- The staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly at the reception, main restaurant and bar. I would ask a question with the aim of making it as easy as possible to understand and the response was often a sharp ‘what’. The staff were unhelpful, abrupt and abrasive and I would have to prompt them to get more information (e.g. on spa/taxi’s etc). The staff seemed seriously miserable and unapproachable. One of the mornings, one of the waiters was very aggressively clearing a coffee cup and it broke over me (I don’t know how he did this) and he just walked off and didn’t apologise or acknowledge what happened. I was shocked and actually quite upset. In addition, we noticed the waiters would serve drinks to others but no one would serve our table. I have a big family (12 members) and we asked if we could join tables and they said it was not allowed so we had to sit separately. I had been to a 5* hotel in Morocco with my family recently and they were highly accommodating to us and had a table ready for us for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They had a well deserved tip at the end. In comparison, the staff were unfriendly and made the experience unpleasant. 2. Room- In my bathroom, there was mould around the sink and the overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was unsatisfactory. My sheets were not cleaned and I had to call them to get them changed. The mini fridge made a really loud buzzing noise throughout the night and it would wake me up. The rooms were spread across the resort and it took 10minutes to walk to the main area. The signage to the rooms were confusing and the numberings did not make sense, which led to me getting lost a few times. In the night, it would be particularly harder to navigate when it was dark and there were only few spot lights. 3. Restaurant/Snack Bar- The main restaurant was okay (apart from the staff). The meats were tasty and there was a good selection at dinner. The snack bar by the main pool was more to our liking for lunch time. 4. Bar/seating area- The bar and seating area was situated outside and was dark and cold in the evenings. We would have liked if there had been an indoor bar / seating area as well, where you can hang out and play family games. 5. Entertainment- My nieces enjoyed the kids disco in the evening. The daily listed entertainment however was awful. I did not find most of the performances ‘family friendly’. 7. Other facilities Spa- The spa and hammam was nice. The spa was right next to the kids park and water park so it was a bit noisy. Pools/Water park - The water slides was fun and my family enjoyed the pools. You would need to walk out of the pool area to go to the spa to get towels which was a bit of a walk. It would have been useful to have towel huts closer to the pools. Kids Park - the park was extremely unsafe for the kids,

This was our first family holiday together and it was great. The hotel is very family orientated and staff are extremely friendly and polite, in particular the restaurant staff. We were made to feel very special everyday by Dogan and Serkan our waiters. Thank you Baia Kemer

First we came late into the night and greeted reception, it took us 20 min of talking to finally get a room since they dont speak english we went to our room to unpack our things but when we wanted to go back to eat the golf cart that we came with wasnt there, even though they said the they would be more than happy to ride us back. When we finally got there after 10 min of walking.then we went in and the food was terrible and there were flies and mosquitos inside the containers. NEVER COMING BACK 0 out of 10 Not to mention the service, room cleaning and mini bar people woke us up every day at 8 to clean.
