Phản Hồi Từ Khách Sạn: I'm very disappointed with Anne's review. It is unfair for Anne to blame the hostel, or myself, for her choices. All guests and staff deserve to be treated with respect, no matter what their age. Anne was part of a tour group that were running very late in regards to their arrival time at the hostel. This meant there was no time for her to enjoy what the hostel or Geraldton has to offer. Anne was extremely aggressive and rude to myself and another guest. Anne booked a budget tour, which would have clearly listed the accommodation type throughout the trip. It is clear from Anne's review that she did not read any of the information she was sent in regards to the tour. I am not connected to the Tour company, so she should not be blaming me for anything she is not happy about. Anne thought it was acceptable to barge in and speak over me, making a number of demands when I was serving a guest. I mearly asked her to wait until I was free then I would be happy to attend to her. As soon as I was free, I happily attended to her and forgave her for her rudeness. The guest I was serving prior, however, was not impressed with Anne's behaviour. Anne also thought it was OK to breach our security. I make no apology for advising her that this was not acceptable behaviour. Our hostel is situated in the centre of the city walking distance to shops and restaurants. There are beautiful beaches at the back of the property and we are walking distace to 11 of Geraldton's fantastic attractions.
