Checking it was flawless. No waiting for room. The grill was best place to eat on the island. Save some $ and stay here vs the Westin. You can use all of the Westin’s facilities and even charge back to your room at Sunshine. It’s about 5 minute walk to the beach but there’s a sushi place, a sports bar, a yogurt shop and a liquor store all on the way. Pool is nice and warm. Rooms are cozy with working appliances. We’d stay here again

Great location with small kitchen and access to seven mile beach and Westin amenities. Easy to get around and we rented a car and had no parking issues.

I liked the space and the location overall and would definitely return. Loved the Westin amenities, very convenient! Could use room number at pool and beach servers.
Suggestion for improvement the exterior stairways need cleaning and or new paint. Carpet in the room, needs to be cleaned. Suggest LVF instead or carpet. Also room decorations are dated, furnishings, esp sofa/futon and the kitchen area.
Bathroom is nice and overall square feet is good.

Clean rooms relatively quiet and close access to Seven Mile Beach. Definitely not plush hotel room but very clean with nice dining area with reasonable prices.

The sunshine suites are an OK budget option. Best part is being able to utilize the Westin facilities. The room itself was very tired and a bit dirty. The room chairs were so stained we had to put towels over them to sit on them. On a positive note, it was super quiet and nice to have a fridge and stove. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioner leaked onto the carpeted floor. The restaurant was great and enjoyed the pool.

The staff is really helpful and kind. This resort is half the price of Westin but one is allowed to use the Westin's facilities (beach, pool, sauna etc.) It is literally a 5 min walk to the beach from Sunshine. Sunshine suites rooms are a bit run down, but it is ok. Everyday staff cleaned. Really enjoyed my stay!
