🚘🛏️ Though it’s far from a five star, I’d say this is a solid three star hotel that gradually grew on us over our three night stay. First impressions were rough. The parking situation was unclear and frustrating, the breakfast was disappointing, and the room itself left a lot to be desired. Our first night’s sleep was terrible, with the wind constantly banging the windows. The shower was stained, and the showerhead couldn’t even stay in place. After reporting these issues, the staff claimed the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t move us, but they did quickly send maintenance to fix most of the problems. Surprisingly, the breakfast got better over the following days. It seemed like there was a different chef on duty which made a noticeable difference. Still, while inconsistent, it was enough to get us going each morning. The biggest issue worth flagging is the confusing and limited parking situation. The staff say you need to reserve a €7 per day parking spot well in advance. Otherwise, they point you to free street parking overnight, but in our case, we couldn’t find any spots. If you’re planning to park your rental car here, make sure to book parking ahead of time or try arriving later in the afternoon to improve your chances of finding street parking nearby. All in all, nothing spectacular. But if you’re looking for a lower end apartment stay in Funchal, it could be a decent option.

Good localisation, food very tasty for the luch and a lot of acomodities nearby the hotel, the center of funchal is a bit far by feet.

We booked a triple room 3 beds last min with late bird price. However they gave us double room 2 beds. It's on the 1st floor just next to tennis court which is quite noisy. It's 31 degree F, no air conditioner. Only 1 tiny window can be opened for fresh air but its facing a foot path with many guests access to the indoor pool, gym...etc. Not enough privacy. Location is ok as many small supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops near by within walking distance. Hotel facilities are good for the price.

Overall good value for money. However, there could be some amenities provided in the room. Helpful staff. The staff in the dining area are very good.

The hotel is located in a good area. Close to restaurants, beaches or boardwalk. Breakfast is decent, and the room was clean. A bit old mattress, and the furniture as well. Considering the paid price, I would say the hotel delivers the right services.

Hôtel bien placé un peu loin du vieux centre ville mais lieu agréable avec des restaurants autour. L’accueil est simple mais présent à n’importe quelle heure de la journée et de la nuit. Le petit bémol est au niveau de l’insonorisation des chambres et du confort de la literie beaucoup trop molle à mon goût. Sinon il y a des animations presque tous les soirs au bar de l’hôtel c’est sympa et les serveurs sont adorables.

Un poco lejos del centro. Pero buena limpieza. Desayuno muy variado. Piscina y jacuzzi que viene muy bien a la vuelta de las excursiones. Las vistas desde las terrazas espectaculares sobre todo de noche. Buses muy cerca

El personal del hotel, la vista desde el balcón en el piso 10 y el desayuno fueron excelentes!
