We arrived at this hotel as it was the one selected by JetLine Vacation. It was in an area that was a bit out of the way for seniors getting to and from restaurants. The room was average but the balcony view was beautiful. It’s really more suitable for families but the hotel manager, John is the reason it’s rated 5. He went out of his way every day to make our stay and our travel arrangements far more suitable than JetLine or their local tour company Imparatore made it. In fact he had to clean up the other tour company’s mess of travel arrangements several times. We missed our lunch one day and when he found out, he went and fixed us a lunch plate and delivered it to our room. He is an angel and I would go back to his hotel because of his service. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good.

We had a 4 night break at the Parco dei Principi and had a whale of a time. Our room was clean and bright with wifi even though a terrible storm the previous week had wiped out some of their wifi boosters. The swimming pool and the fabulous thermal pool were both super clean. The Hotel Director Giovanni was great and nothing was too much trouble for him to ensure our stay was fun. Although there was a regular shuttle bus down to the beach in Forio if you wished it, he generously ran us around out of hours to restaurants that he thought we would like or to enable us buy ferry tickets for our trip to Pompeii. He even organised breakfast for us at 0500 hrs on our departure day and got a staff member to knock on our door to make sure we had heard our alarm. Would definitely go back.

Hotel panoramico con camere che affacciano sul mare e dalle quali è possibile godere di scorci incantevoli e di tramonti suggestivi. Personale qualificato e disponibile; receptionists accoglienti e comunicative. Cucina con pasti abbondanti e di buona qualità. Struttura non recentissima con qualche inevitabile pecca ma curata nella pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni. Esperienza positiva e gratificante.

Di 4* ha veramente poco o niente. Direi un buon tre stelle. Bella struttura, con vista panoramica, ma non pulitissima e da ristrutturare. Nella nostra camera c'erano le formichine. Piscina interna non molto pulita. Quella esterna un po' meglio. Peccato che malgrado l'avviso, nessuno usava le cuffie e nessuni vigilava. Comodo il servizio navetta anche se ad orari troppo limitati. Pranzo e cena da mensa aziendale. Personale gentilissimo.

Hotel e servizi non 4 stelle. Cibo non di qualità, pulizia sala pranzo non curata e quella della camera e bagno migliore. Area piscina esterna non ben pulita, servizio navetta scarso. Personale pulizie disponibile.

Hotel molto carino ed accogliente. Personale disponibile, simpatico e professionale. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una settimana rilassante. La nostra camera era spaziosa, con un terrazzino molto carino che si affacciava sulla piscina dell'hotel e sul mare dove si poteva vedere un panorama molto bello sia la mattina che la sera durante il tramonto. Le pulizie della camera e del bagno ottime, con il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Il cibo è stato di buona qualità e ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità della cucina di fare qualche variazione al menù per mia figlia quando c'erano pietanze che a lei non piacevano. La sala organizzata dal maître nel migliore dei modi possibili. L'unica pecca è che per potersi spostare la sera bisogna prendere l'autobus spesso pieni di gente, oppure attese lunghissime tra un autobus e un altro, fortunatamente la mattina è il pomeriggio si può usufruire del servizio navetta dell'hotel.

Notre chambre était vue sur les voisins...très mal insonorisée normal sous la salle à manger (enfin la cantine) du bruit à partir de 5 h et quasiment toute la journée ! Pas de place dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires, la porte de la douche touche le WC... La qualité des repas était vraiment médiocre pour l'Italie et nécessitait l'utilisation de google translate pour faire son choix. D'autre part le fait de ne pas pouvoir changer de place était très pénalisant lorsque l'on avait le plaisir de sympathiser avec d'autres vacanciers...d'ailleurs le bar était également un vrai sketch...le service est à assurer soit même... Sans parler du fait qu'il n'est absolument pas possible de manger à l'extérieur le soir dans le seul point possible de cet hôtel son emplacement... Les infrastructures sont démodées et défraichies par exemple la piscine intérieure pour laquelle plus grand chose n'est fonctionnel (les buses jacuzzi) plus de Hamann et la rampe de la piscine chaude est complétement desserrée et pour ce qui concerne la piscine extérieure ben les parasols sont troués...le sol laisse de la peinture vert sous les pieds et la végétation n'est absolument pas soignée et desséchée... Mon conseil fuir cet établissement !

Bella posizione, arieggiata e bella vista complessivamente. Bella la sala ristorante da cui si può godere di bei tramonti. T utto sommato esperienza discreta. Note dolenti: wifi poco funzionante e a intermittenza, nonostante l'impegno a sistemarlo. Serve potenziarlo altrimenti è come non averlo. Trascurata la spa interna e la piscina, acqua non effettivamente riscaldata e poca pulizia, poca manutenzione; non inviata d usufruirne. Migliore la piscina esterna. La nota più dolente riguarda la cucina - da mensa aziendale, con prodotti mediamente surgelati. Il caffè e cappuccino espresso non è previsto per la colazione (!), solo a pagamento! Confermo la mancanza di uno stendino sul balcone, impensabile in un hotel di mare. Il parcheggio c'è ma non è sufficiente per tutti se l'hotel è pieno. Personale complessivamente gentile e molto attendo quello dedito alle pulizie. Con poca attenzione in più la vacanza sarebbe stata più piacevole. Forse il recente cambio di gestione non ha aiutato. Da tre stelle, sicuramente non 4.

Ottimo hotel, posizione stupenda e tranquillità assoluta.Alla reception tutti molto gentili, così come tutti i camerieri e lo staff.Le uniche note dolenti sono dovute alla struttura non proprio recente e alla mancanza di uno stendi panni in camera.Non ho capito anche l'assenza del buffet di verdure durante la cena visto che c erano praticamente solo patate tutte le sere.Anche i dolci erano sempre uguali(gelato o frutta)... potrebbero fare MOLTO di più in cucina per variare il menù...
