The Leonardo was perfect for my business trip to Drupa. All of the events and dinners I attended were within walking distance as was the central train and U tram. I could not have found a better location. The room I stayed in was quiet and comfortable. A.little small but similar to normal European hotels. I didn't have a desk though to work on either.

it was a very nice, designer’s hotel. Good location, some free snacks, apples and drinks at the lobby. The shower was little small but ok. There was only one bottle for shampoo, body wash and face wash. So I recommend people to bring their own amenities.

I stayed this hotel for holiday and overall the service, breakfast, location are good. Staff is very friendly and supportive. One thing, shower room was a little dark compared to other hotels (no lights except in the toilet).

Overall the stay was fine, the only bad thing was that the hotel parking area was full so we had to find another parking spot which wasn’t easy and in the end we had to pay way more then expected for parking because the fee was higher in most parking garages.

We had a good stay, only the room was quite small and also the bathroom was small. The breakfast was good. All shops and christmas markets on walking distance. Friendly staff.

We missed the infra red sauna, because it was not active. The sauna was fine. The rooms were very clean, and warm. Overall a really enjoyable stay. I would recommend it.

Had a very pleasant stay, staff was very friendly. The hotel is at walking distance from the train station and a tram (U-bahn) stop.

Basically we love staying in this hotel. But one thing really bad was the safety in the bathroom. We will need to stand or sit in the slippery tub when we shower. So once, i slipped, holding onto the movable glass panel and fell out of the tub onto the floor. A few days later, my husband slipped and sat on his bum inside the tub while standing. There was no safety hand bar, non slipped base and with the movable glass panel, makes showering a chore.

I paid full price for this hotel room and I was given a very small room with the bed attached to the wall and there was hardly enough room to walk around. The lamp next to the bed has the bulb broken and the middle part of the bulb was still inside the lamp, very dangerous siatuation. The bathroom was clean but it was a tiny one and hardto walk between the shower, toilet and the sink. As a silver member I think I deserve better. Overall I was very disappointed for this business stay. I definitely will not recommend this hotel to my collegaues. The staff was very pleasant.
