Very good breakfast and hotel is just right next to the lake and can walk around the lake which is many restaurants grocery stores in the area but it’s not easy to get to the public transportations

Spent my Christmas at TAJ JLT Dubai, and as always, they did not disappoint. Every time I stay here, I know I’m in good hands. The service is consistently top-notch, and they always make sure I have a great experience. Big thanks to Moksh from housekeeping for taking care of my needs throughout my stay—really appreciate the attentiveness! Also, a huge shoutout to Monika at the reception—after initially placing me on a smoking floor, she immediately handled my request and moved me to a fresh new room. Super quick and efficient! The Spa was amazing as usual—I absolutely loved the massage, just like every time I visit. And of course, TJ’s business lunch was awesome—great food and solid value for money. The concierge team was fantastic as well, always helpful and smiling, which makes such a difference. One of the nicest surprises was finding a Santa sock filled with sweets and pastries in my room—a really thoughtful Christmas gesture that made my stay even more special. TAJ JLT remains my go-to in Dubai, and they’ve never failed me. Looking forward to my next stay!

Great trip and the location is quite good for business travellers in the JLT clusters only issue is if you are travelling to cluster X then you will have to make a full round.

It was a great experience staying at the property. Food and support system from the hotel was superb. Most importantly the immediate response and exquisite service provided by the hotel team is no comparison. Specially from hotel team Mr Asutosh, Mr Denis and Mr Anish had been phenomenal and was a great experience of the class and standard of promptness and service from them. I highly recommend the property to other Business travelers.

We went for my moms birthday and it was a one night staycation. The staff was lovely and for the first time I experienced great hospitality!! It felt like the brand Taj could be seen in everything. Did feel like because we had the suite, they should’ve given us a later checkout Atleast. The breakfast was good, however, the afternoon tea should definitely have more options and varieties.
