Room was noisy and you can hear all voices at corridor to the room. In lavatory was no hooks for towels. There was dirty floors in room. At room was no fridge or kettle.

Very central location close to everything and convenient for transport including airport bus. Good, efficient service. Tiny single room, but comfortable for one-night stay.

The hotel was in an excellent location in walking distance of major sights and very close to transport links. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel for a stay in Vienna.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was awesome. Close to surrounding attractions and public transportation. No fridge in room, but we did not need it

Hotel was in a great location easy to walk around and to station Room not serviced for 2 days- when I requested clean towels was told by night reception I had to ask if I wanted room serviced. Asked for towels was told 10 mins but took 4 hours to get.

This hotel is in short walking distance to the Stephans Dom and all the hundreds of shopping and dining opportunities. The staff is friendly and the choices at the continental breakfast are plentyfull. Ask for an umbrella at the desk if it rains:-).. Great place all-around.

Good hotel, comforable rooms, and clean. They may need some renovation but the experience can be certainly considered good.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the cleaning staff are professional, I specifically liked Ms Belgrade who prepared my room quickly and professionally. The location cannot be better, 20 minutes walk to the most beautiful part of the city with the famous church and the designers shops

Nice clean room, helpful staff, room well stocked with towels etc. Nice bottle of fizzy water as acwelcome gift. Good location too.

Beware of pre booking taxi to airport. Reception display 55 euros, however from airport to hotel is only 45 euros, driver will however charge 65 euros when arrives at airport. When I queried this he stated was due to 5am pick up. Not a vast difference in price, simply hate these non transparent tactics.

Accommodation was great, it was clean and breakfast was great! It was the perfect location,close to shopping and eateries.

It was in a central position in the innere stadt and so easy to reach public transport links, restaurants, bars, shops and places of interest. The staff were fantastic; warm and welcoming when we arrived tired after our journey.
