They don't clean the kitchen properly. No cleaning the dishes during stay

Hotel parfait pour lez familles. Le personnel est très conciliant. Ils nous ont surclassé dans un appartement plus grand. L'entretien est fait tous les jours même plusieurs fois par jours. Piscine chauffée parfaite pour la saison- merci au personnel pour leur patience et disponibilité . Situation parfaite à côté de métro et situé au milieu de tout. Très bons restaurants juste à côté de l'hôtel. Parfait. J'y retournerais bien. En famille ou entre amis ou en mission travail.

Hôtel parfait pour un séjour à Dubai. Au centre de tout. On a été surclassé. Merci aux personnel de la réception .

This is the best hotel apartment.we travel as a family both for a Bussiness and recreation everything was so cool inside the room there is everything you need from cooking supplies to washing machine everything! The front desk and every staff we met including the lifeguard in the pool side are so awesome friendly and down to earth a very welcoming ! our stay in this hotel is great it’s very near from metro station 10 minute walk from mall of emirates there shops ,super markets and affordable restaurants around we stayed for 23 days thanks Al Koory 💗

This is a terrible place. The staff are very inconsiderate and unhelpful. The breakfast is poorly made and stored below temperatures. Visitors are not allowed in the property only for guest to see their friends and visitors in the lobby only. I ended up sleeping somewhere else. The property is Arabic friendly. If you’re a foreigner or a tourist, avoid this property at all cost.

Location was excellent with restaurants, shops around and taxis readily available. The metro station was only 5 mins away by walk. The staff were were helpful and polite especially the guy working in the kitchen during the breakfast time. The kids had a lot of fun in the outdoor pool, there was no indoor pool though. There was a washing machine and iron provided as well. The microwave couldn't be plugged in though as it had a different plug not made to go in the wall socket which was strange. Rooms and the living area were massive. The tv in the living room was quite small as I had to squint trying to read off the tv. All the tvs were smart with apps for netflix and youtube.
