Right after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

God quality hotel. I would say it was 5* more 4.5*. Good facilities. Breakfast felt a bit cramped and tables were left in cleared until the end of service. Would be much better if they had more staff. Good food choices and well cooked. Bedroom nice a spacious, windows small but great view if you have a sea room. They upgraded me for my birthday which was nice. Staff were really polite but would need to be prompted. Bonus is they have the a private beach and complimentary water and towels. The staff that took my bags were 10/10 and even opened the door for any car I went in and out of.

Overall, a good experience. The hotel is well-situated and the lobby area is impressive. Rooms are comfortable but a bit dated. There was some noise from the hallway, and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times. Breakfast was satisfying and staff were attentive. It’s a decent choice if you're looking for convenience and good service without expecting luxury.

It was Amazing day

One of the best hotel i ever stay. Clean room, very friendly staff, nice view, good breakfast and good location. Fully recommended!

High end. The service and friendliness were absolutely delightful! Lounging by the beach/pool with such gorgeous views was amazing. Discounts at eateries if you are staying there. Very kind and helpful staff. Very comfortable stay. Byredo hand wash, body lotion etc in the bathroom.Felt very safe and well looked after as a solo female traveller. Was sad to leave after 2 nights. Would highly recommend!

It was really amazing and entertaining

Private beach Is nice, staff gives us a bottle of water. We spend good time. We booked a room with lounge access, there are helpful staffs. Afternoon tea set was beautiful and tasty. I want to return again

In overall it's a 9 out of 10.. Amazing people and facilities. Food could be better though.

Place is good, however rooms and amenities are limited. Also comfort room doesn’t have bidet. Our view is PARKING🤷♀️
