We were delayed for a day arriving due to our Airline. From the word go, all the staff tried to make up for that day, even though it was nothing to do with them. The food is excellent and the staff extremely friendly and attentive. Mete, Dylan and Cam took excellent care of us under the water too. The hotel is right on to a lovely beach. They even gave us a candle light dinner on the beach for our last night. 10 out of 10 for service.

This is an amazing dive resort. With top notch diving that is very safe and wonderful. The beds are exceptional here and the Chef Shanti made meals that we will be dreaming of for the rest of our lives. Saeed was very attentive and helpful and Lucinda was one of the best dive guides ever! Shout out to Dylan for assisting us when we had equipment trouble with our gear by loaning us gear from the resort. I cannot say how awesome Mette was with both video editing and ensuring our plans to and from the island went smoothly. Can was very educational on the local ocean life as well. Love that this is a small hotel that felt like a family to us in no time. Will be back here as soon as we can afford the airfare again from Ca. I love that this place is eco smart without sacrificing comfort of the guests. Shout out to Romney for this awesome place!

The Dhigurah Boutique Beach Hotel is an amazing place : family style because it is small (6 to 8 rooms I think) and they treat you as family. Everything is well thought and organized for the guests to feel good. They take you to the boat in the morning where all the diving material is waiting for you. The diving is great (we saw mantas and whale sharks !!). Tea and coffee is served on the boat and the crew and diving team is especially nice to their guests. In the evenings there are presentations on the fish you've seen in the morning and every day they upload on YouTube a short movie of the dives of the day ! It's a very quiet and nice place to stay if you want a nice experience of real Maldives away from the big resorts. Dhigurah is an island with a village where Maldivian people live. The hotel is very comfortable and nicely decorated, all the staff is very friendly. Thanks again we had a great time

Superb experience with professional staff. Not only making us feel like home but also safe. Such a great team, from Kawshar, Saeed, to lovely Lucinda, Cam, Dylan; whome placed our safety first with daily exciting excursions. Food was fantastic with Chef Shanthi and Amith. Boat was safe with Captain Ibrahim and Sohag. Big shout out to Afzal, the hotel manager who helped us have a flawless journey despite the weather. He constantly checked in with us to see if we were okay and arrived safely. Romney left for her holiday but did not forget to ring and ask us on our last day, how thoughtful!

Although there is a huge amount of accommodation available in the Maldives, we again chose the Boutique Beach Hotel. Owner Romney and her perfect team make sure your diving experience is unforgettable! The team is well-coordinated, everyone is an expert in their field, but no one is out of place to take on other work if necessary! Thanks to manager Afzal for his patience and organization of our stay on Dhigurah, Mette, Dylan, Seb, Sohag and Lucinda for the wonderful experience in the water, both chefs for the excellent food, the ever smiling Saeed for the service, James and Kawsar for their favors, Cam for the informative topics about marine life and the two captains for safe navigation and help on the boat! If you really want to enjoy the underwater world, you must visit BB and their team, you won't regret it!

This is our second time at Boutique Beach doing a dive/snorkel package. Last time (a year ago) we stayed at BB and then another resort on another local island. This year we again flew half way around the world, but elected to spend the entire 2 weeks at BB, because we loved it so much last time! There are a lot of reasons why Boutique Beach is a great choice, why it has so many 5 star reviews, and why so many of the guests are repeat customers: The staff: The staff really makes it here. Everybody is very friendly, efficient and easy going and everybody works well together. The entire staff was the exact same as the previous year except with one additional divemaster. Ease and transparency of booking. All you have to do is arrange your flights to the Maldives, and BB takes care of the rest - including booking your inter-island Seaplane, Island hopper flight, or speedboat, and the price gets included in your package. There are no hidden fees or upsells unless you sign up for a class or request special equipment beyond the ordinary - what you see on the package is what you pay. All aspects of the operation (Booking, room and facility services, food, and the dive operation) are run like a well oiled machine, yet handled with a laid back and friendly atmosphere. The dive crew is extremely safe and efficient, but also helpful and friendly. Some operations seem to either have an attitude of either drill seargeants or laisseze faire, but they have a great balance here. The dive equipment is in great shape and the dive crew takes care of everything that is left on the boat, including any personal dive skins/ wetsuits or other equipment left on the boat so you don’t have to bring back a bunch of wet stuff and try to dry it out in your room. They don’t always just go to the closest sites, they’ll spend the fuel to motor across the entire atoll if there is a possibility of seeing something that’s been rumored to have been seen in that area. Dives obviously aren’t planned a week ahead of time and put on a schedule, they seem to be planned only days or a day ahead of time based on weather and what other boats have reported so they are always mixed up with different things. The boat really is a perfect dive boat. It’s a large boat with tons of shade and cover for rain, wind, and splashing. It’s super stable and outfitted with everything needed for a long day, and there is tons of space even when full, so you don’t ever feel like you can’t wait to get back to shore. They really really really go out of their way to find mantas, dolphins, and whale sharks, so you never know when (before or after a day of diving) they’ll take the long way out or home to find our large spotty friends. The food is absolutely delicious, and served buffet style, so it’s not over the top fancy, just incredibly delicious and you get as much as you want. If you're a diver, or want to learn to dive and you're thinking of booking Boutique Beach hotel... stop looking and book it. Every part of our experience here was outstanding, and our only regret is that we had to leave! The entire team feels like a giant family, and for a little while you get to be part of the magic of it all. As inexperienced divers, we both completed our open water certification and cannot possibly think of a better place to have done this. The hotel (and even the building design) has been set up by Romney, who is a diver herself, which so clearly shows in the vision for the whole experience. Each day there are 2 or 3 dives to different dive sites on offer. With so many different dive sites in the area, locations are chosen by the expert dive team based on conditions and what you would like to hopefully see or experience. Each night before dinner you get together for a talk on different local marine life and to watch a video edited together of the dives from that day (take a look at their YouTube!) - it's such a brilliant set-up! The dive sites themselves are beautiful, teaming with life and we saw both Manta Rays and Whale sharks during our stay, along with so much mstine life! The rooms are spotless and very comfortable, with extra well thought out amenities like beach bags and yoga mats. The food is delicious and prepared fresh, onsite, from their incredible chef. The dive boat is spacious and very comfortable, with an excellent team on board and snorkeling available to those who don't want to dive. The island and the beach just meters from the front of the hotel are also pure paradise. Thank you to the entire Boutique Beach team for making the whole experience so incredible. Special mention to Lucinda, our fabulous dive instructor - who took an anxious diving newbie and turned him into a fish - to Mette, who took a restless control freak and made her actually relax and to Saeed, for being so much fun and always keeping us guessing with the morning juice. We spent eleven days in Boutique beach diving hotel in Maldives. It is for the 3 of us (including our 18 year hold daughter) our 3rd time since March 2023 in the hotel. Our stays were fantastic. Everything is perfect from the dives and diving team to the food and services. The diving spots are amazing from canyon with plenty of gorgones to ship wrecks, including walls with colorful soft corals and cleaning stations for manta rays (we saw 6 of them while diving). We have also dived and snorkeled with whale sharks. We also have seen all fishes Maldives are famous for including plenty of clown fishes in pink, blue, yellow, purple anemones… The diving teachers Cam, Dylan, Mette, Lucinda are all really super great diving instructor and diving is very safe. The dive boat is the greatest we have used ever. Romney, Afzal, Saeed, Shoag are also fantastic. Sorry for the others who are very nice with us but the list is so long. For sure we will come back. We strongly recommend.

This was my second trip to Maldives and the first to Boutique Beach Hotel. We had a lovely experience at Boutique Beach from the moment we stepped in the the hotel to the time we said goodbye to everyone. The food is fantastic. Without doubt, one of the best culinary experiences we've had... and we've been around! The instructor Divers are amazing especially Dylan, Cam and Mette whom we had the pleasure of diving with. They know exactly where to take the divers for the best diving experience. After two days, we finally encountered a whale shark while diving. It was a magnificent creature. An experience that will stay with us forever. We will definitely be visiting again!

The staff at Boutique Beach are the nicest and most helpful of anywhere we have travelled in our 34 years of diving/travelling together. The Chef is AMAZING! This is a great location on a quickly developing island. Love to see Sayeed's smile everyday. Did I say the Chef is AMAZING!

This was our third visit to Boutique Beach on Dhigurah. Though the weather was not as nice as it has been in the past, the staff at Boutique Beach was exceptional as always. They took care of everything for us from our reservations weeks before our trip, to helping us with travel to and from the island, all of our dives, food accommodations...you name it, they made it easy. And that's exactly why we went there. After a stressful few months at work, we needed to go somewhere easy. And, with the small, intimate nature of the hotel, we got to meet some wonderful people from around the world. Special thanks to Seb, the leader of the dive team, and to Saeed...the always welcoming waiter. We do hope there will be a fourth visit to Boutique Beach in the future.

Best experience. My family and I really loved everything, the hotel was very clean, the food was delicious and staff had been so kind and available at any time. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. This hotel is a true diver’s paradise, the instructors were very professional and friendly. My family and I just did snorkelling but we were still able to see lot of different a fishes, sharks, whale sharks and mantas. The combination of diving/snorkelling, stunning natural beauty and outstanding service makes this hotel a must visit. We really can’t wait to return to this paradise!

An amazing holiday, excellent and friendly staff, delicious food and great scuba diving with plenty of life. We loved the local (non resort island) and would highly recommend Boutique Beach to any scuba divers (from beginner through to the experienced diver).

An incredibly friendly team offering really great scuba diving, safely and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Diving logistics excellent, boat large, stable and lots of kitup space. Food of a really high quality and local dishes. All transfers arranged and coordinated by the hotel team. We'd love to go back, very impressed. We went due to a recommendation from a friend. It lived up to expectations.
