the service is perfect, but the hotel is old, unstructured and the water has to be heated for 20 minutes. cost x benefit is not worth it. Poor breakfast.

My stay at Imperial Hotel and Spa was excellent. The service was impeccable, and breakfasts were delicious. They took frequent measures to ensure my stay was very satisfying. I will certainly return and recommend friends and family to stay there as well.

The location is great right in the center of the Old Quarter. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Short walks to many of the sights. The staff is wonderful and is very helpful. They helped us with Visa's and a trip to Halong Bay. I would definitely stay here again.

We were extremely content and happy with the overall hospitality and wonderful support by the front desk team!! It was a true Omotenashi spirit extended by the team and we will certainly come back and stay at this same hotel upon our return to Hanoi next time! Million thanks to the team!

旧市街の真ん中でしたが、中に入ると静かで部屋も清潔でした。2泊しましたが、朝ごはんの内容が変わり、どちらもかなり良かったです。

Hotel was located close to all attractions in the Old Town. The reception staff was Excellent. They anticipated my needs. Helped me to confirm my transport pick up for my tour to Halong Bay without me asking. They noticed I had made two separate bookings before and after Halong Bay. They pressed the lift buttons once I walked in through the door.

The front staff and restaurant staff were all very kind and responded politely when there was something I wanted to arrange or something I wanted to ask. The breakfast menu changes every day, so I didn't get bored even though I stayed there for a week. It's located in a convenient area, so it's easy to get around the old town, and the sound in the room doesn't bother me that much. I used the airport shuttle service arranged by the hotel for 22 dollars, and it was very convenient as I didn't have to worry about getting picked up and the time was accurate. I took advantage of the late check-out until 8pm, and was charged 2,500,000 VND, which is almost the equivalent of one night's stay, but they cleaned the room and changed towels, so I was able to spend comfortably until the night, so I thought it was a good thing.

The service of the reception staff was first class. They spoke good English and were very helpful. The location of the hotel was also good- within walking distance to most places in the Old Town. What I did not like was the design on the bathroom. The glass divider on the bath tub was not long enough to stop water from splashing onto the floor of the bathroom. And housekeeping should wash the shampoo bottles. It was not pleasant to have to touch a slimy and soapy shampoo/conditioner/bath gel!

Very good hotel, only wish the room we got had a better bathroom. Otherwise wonderful hotel, great location and great hotel staff. Special thanks to Grace who was very helpful, friendly and made our stay better knowing we could ask her for help at any time. Would stay again.

旅行者が多い、過ごしやすい通りに建っています。館内はおしゃれで清潔。スタッフの方々の対応もとても親切でした。レストランでの朝食も美味しかったです。

不是那個帝國連鎖酒店。像是居民樓改造成的酒店，衞生不是很乾凈，淋浴頭漏水。房間不隔音。晚上甚至有人試圖要開門，不安全。
