Ga trải giường được cung cấp trông có vẻ sạch sẽ nhưng khung giường thì phủ đầy bụi nên đừng tin họ chỉ vệ sinh khung giường mà hãy thay ga trải giường và vỏ giường. Phòng vệ sinh và phòng tắm tách biệt, rất tuyệt khi bạn phải dùng chung. Phòng chung không có máy sấy tóc, chỉ có phòng nữ mới có. Tường không cách âm tốt nên bạn có thể nghe thấy tiếng thang máy đóng mở nhưng không có gì mà nút tai không thể khắc phục được.

Great stay! Clean, cozy room with comfy beds. Friendly staff, quick check-in/out. Perfect location—close to shops and transit. Breakfast had good variety. Will definitely come back!

I booked the mixed 4-bed dorm as there were no other options in the city under €300/night. The location is very convenient and quiet, making it easy to get around by foot or public transport. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. However, I didn’t feel fully comfortable sharing the room with three men, especially since there were no curtains for privacy on the beds. Cleanliness could be improved, as there was visible dust, the room wasn’t well lit, and the outlets and reading light at my bed didn’t work. The bathrooms also lacked ventilation and a bath mat, which caused humidity and puddles after showering. For €74 per night, I expected more comfort and cleanliness. Still, this hostel has great potential if some improvements are made.

Good location! Surrounded by markets, bars, restaurants and a rough 40 minute walk from city center. Well connected with trams and metros. Clean kitchen, plenty of pots and pans/cutlery/crockey.

Not an impressive place to stay and not a great location.

Our experience was generally positive. The room size and bed comfort were good. The bad experience was that there was a lot of noise from the adjacent rooms. And some other guests were very noisy late at night. I don't think the accommodation management was very concerned about this issue.

Hygien, room, bed, quietness everything was great except that I got this problem with the receptionists. So I did explain to all the receptionist (that I saw-because I understand they work in shifts) that I lost 2 luggages due to the airline's mistake and airline will send them to this hostel where I would be staying (for 1 night only). I explained that if someone sent luggages here, please tell me asap because I needed to catch a train to Amsterdam the nextday noon. Imagine 35kg of personal belongs just dissapeared, I didnt have toothbrush, clean clothings.... I reminded them everything 3-4 hours when I saw a receptionist. After almost 27 hours of waiting in worry (which made me cannot enjoy the city), I talked to one receptionist to please check 1 more time becauze the airlines mailed me that they did send to the hostel at 4:30pm in the day I checked-in hostel, (only 4-5 hours after my flight time), she let me go it the luggage room and my luggages were there the whole time! So I waited in pain for 22 hours for nothing. I think it would be a bit obvious when 1 guy in delivery company uniform went in with 2 luggages and said "this is from one of your customer." But the receptionist just forgot it quickly and didnt tell me. I had to change a lot of my plan and I was feeling terible and stressful with the waiting and fear of lost luggages. Beside that, the condition of rooms, facilities, warm water, sound proof windows were great.

I had such a good time staying here and would definitely comeback if I have the chance to visit Germany again. Love all the people who were at the counter in the hotel during my stay. Keep it guysss!!!!
