Not recommended at all! Don’t waster your money in this hotel as it is not even 1 star hotel. Sharing with my experience: 1) in my room wasn’t internet, didn’t work, 2) the breakfast time is 7-10am, I went there at 9:30am but all the dishes are already either empty or taken away, 3) Central heating system during 12 hours could only heat my room for 3 degree, blowing but no heating, 4) Very noisy central heating blowing system, the whole night didn’t allow me to sleep well. I switched off it and preferred to sleep in a cold room Not recommended at all!!!

I just came out of the bar, and it's only a few hundred meters' walk to this hotel. The location is fantastic! Overall, it's pretty good in other aspects too. The cleanliness is quite good, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very nice. I like the smiley service here.

I had a comfortable stay, but the room was stuffy & the carpets weren’t clean.

房間佈局還不錯，臨河環境不錯，服務員很不錯，能排憂解難，早餐也不錯，連續住了幾天，總體很滿意，停車不能超過24小時，中間需要出去溜達一圈才能免費。

非典型性的旅遊之常熟之旅。常熟啊，常熟！我來了，以一種幾可亂真的瀟灑姿態，雄赳赳氣昂昂地殺到了這個充滿古韻今風的小城。其實呢，這次來常熟，純屬意外。原本計劃著去遠方的海島上修面，結果機票一不小心打成了“常熟”，等回過神來已經在開往這裏的車上了。既來之，則安之，索性打開心扉，擁抱這場意外之旅。 既然是意外的選擇，酒店也就意外的選擇這家常熟市中心的，當時是隨機選擇並不抱多大希望，沒想到還挺意外的驚喜很多，房間很乾凈，床上用品的質量很高，一看都是高織數的純棉用品，睡覺很舒服。一覺睡到清晨日上三竿，我是被餓醒的。常熟人早餐吃什麼？這簡直是個哲學問題。來到酒店四樓的餐廳發現吃的東西很多，麪條是現煮的常熟特色麪，有各種澆頭選擇，吃的還不錯，再配上鹹鴨蛋一個，小籠包子一個，吃的飽飽的飽的不要不要的。 中午聽説沙家浜不僅有紅色故事，還有美味的魚頭泡餅。於是，我慕名而去，結果發現這裏的魚頭比我想象的要大上三圈，彷彿是小魚界的健美冠軍。我弱弱地問服務員這魚頭，我一個人怎麼吃得完？結果服務員一拍胸脯説放心，我們這的貓都吃不完！真是出乎意料。 下午我在古城區的小巷裡閑逛，無意間闖進了一家老茶館。茶館老闆是個風趣的老頭，他一邊給我泡茶，一邊講着他年輕時候的“追風”往事。我聽得入迷，不小心把茶杯當成酒杯，一飲而盡。老闆哈哈大笑，對我説年輕人，這是茶，不是酒啊！我點點頭説既然有緣那就以茶代酒聊表心意。 計劃明天再去常熟的文化探索。首站自然美是尚湖公園。當然還有常熟博物館和古城牆，準備去感受着歷史的厚重。 逛完回到酒店的時候看見前台人很多，果然這裏的生意是很不錯的，看得出前台服務很不錯，很多的客人在那裡表揚前台，有一個很帥的小夥子還有一個挺好看的女孩子，看來酒店的前台這個職位對人員的選擇要求還是蠻高的，換做是我去做這個工作估計是做不好的。不僅要業務熟練還要非常有耐心，在前台一直會有客人問附近有什麼好吃的，什麼好玩的，哪裡可以泡澡之類之類的問題，前台就不厭其煩的一個個去講解，這種問題如果是我回答一兩個沒什麼，但是每天説很多遍實在是做不到，所以還是挺佩服人家的。 總之對常熟還是很滿意的，對這家酒店也很滿意，今天要早點睡覺了。 既然是流水賬似的來常熟遊玩，一時興起也寫一個流水賬一樣的記錄，算是給着意外之旅來一個意外的總結吧。如果是來常熟旅遊或者出差，可以考慮住這家酒店，但是呢，記得要提前跟前台説房間一定要選擇靠河邊的位置最好，酒店一半的房間是靠河邊，另一半是靠馬路邊，雖然馬路邊也不是很吵，但看着河邊的風景還是聽讓人身心愉悦的。

前台的小姑娘很招人喜歡，特別愛笑的人，在前台待了一會的時間裏笑了很多次，有感染力。因為這種感染覺得酒店還不錯，房間環境還可以。早餐種類很多，不是很精緻也能吃得飽，主要是免費的比較有吸引力。很想拍一張前台照片的，想想還是不要發了，衹拍了一張早餐的。
