The in-room bidet toilet could not spit out water, and it never gotten fixed for my 2 day’s staying.

It’s an absolute bliss to stay in Suginoya, a luxurious ryokan in Saga. Our saga beef sukiyaki dinner was truly memorable as the quality of the meat was top notch- so soft yet flavorful, something we will remember for a long time. We enjoyed relaxing in the private and public bath, soaking in the zen vibes of the hotel and lounging in the spacious and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and tried to converse in English as best as possible. 100% recommend as we felt fully pampered here like it was our honeymoon all over again!

Very pretty onsen ryokan with wonderful view! All staffs are friendly, delicious food, we had a great stay!

While the reception/ lobby of the property is beautiful (and the wood and flowers smell really good), the room corridors of the main building seem to be a little old. The room itself is large but cosy, and has a very nice mountain view. Very relaxing to just sit by the window and have tea. The public onsen (both men and woman) also has a fantastic mountain view and really cute sauna rooms. We liked the Sukiyaki dinner but be aware that the smell clings on your clothings and you'll smell like Sukiyaki the whole evening :D

從佐賀JR巴士站坐73路到終點站 下車就能看見半山腰的杉乃家 可以打電話讓店家來接 上山的路很陡 步行比較困難 每個間房都有私湯 大浴場也很棒 泡了三次都沒有遇到人 包場的感覺 古湯温泉是低温碳酸泉 可以泡很久也不會覺得暈 入手絲滑一摸就知道是美肌湯 早晚餐都很豐盛 飯後的焦糖布丁和柚子冰淇淋太好吃了 因為到的時候下大雨 鞋都濕了 酒店拿去烘乾而且擦的很乾凈 服務非常好 退房後也拜託工作人員送我們去山下那個紅色的鐵橋 沿途拍拍風景 怡然自得

民宿真的是世外桃源般的存在！乘坐公交車到終點站下車，打開GOOGLE導航還有400-500米，沿着無人小道走上坡，感覺是在人生道路上的破繭成蝶。打開房間真是倍感值了……濃濃的家的氛圍讓我們忘卻了剛才爬山時的勞累。趕緊到公共浴場感受一把温泉，再回到房間靜靜的等待美食。雖然語言不通，但感受到了店家們那麼那麼的友善，服務至上這四個字深深地刻在他們內心當中。安靜、祥和、愜意，這是整個住宿的感受。PS:可以請店家到車站接送哦，特別是帶行李的，否則這一個山坡……會腿軟哦

位置在山坡上，公交車站帶着行李走上去有點費勁。室外温泉已經改造，男賓沒有室外温泉。服務很好，環境很好。

酒店環境很舒服，員工都很親切，但食物有進步空間，房間內桌面不知道是掉色還是沒清潔 刷水刷到紙巾都黄黄的。但整體很舒服。👍🏻
