A beautiful and special interior design in the lobby and rooms ! The breakfast is really good with variety selection! You can walk into all attractions point by foot from the hotel ! They provide very good service no matter the reception, bar ! I enjoy to stay in The Bird Bath !

The staff were really friendly and sweet! The location is good about 10-15mins walk into central town. Our room was well equipped with a dyson hair dryer. The breakfast was also really lovely. The toilet in the room we stayed in was in a little bit of an awkward position or else this would have recieved 5 stars!

The hotel is well situated close to the Roman baths and the Abbey.

It’s a beautiful property close to the city centre Amazing staff and extremely welcoming, room facilities were good and the room was nice The ladies at the reception gave us a tour of the hotel and there were welcome goodies and fresh milk for guests which is a rarity in UK hotels so we really appreciated it Overall would definitely recommend
