Overall a good place to stay, the rooms are a little outdated and we had issues with the tub not draining , we called housekeeping and no one ever answered. The tub eventually drained but happened again the next time we went to use it. The pool is awesome but the jacuzzi was a bit dirty.

可以late check out 雖然要付錢，可是coachella我朋友的酒店11點就要離開，付錢也不行. 挺好

適合度假，不過服務一般

酒店位於旅遊度假區，房費不是一般的貴呀，客人到店還自付了旅遊費。給國內的酒店有很多不同，國內酒店一價基本全含，國外的有好多税種都是另外算的。

I was told I had to pay extra 35 dollars resort fee per day after paid for the four nights stay. This hotel is located at the edge of city, next to the desert. Big sand storm frequently attracts to the whole golf resort. No room service daily unless you call the front desk. Good experience is easy to access to golf and have fun. Good view of golf court and snow mountain.

I really enjoyed the Top Golf Swing Suites. My girls and I had a blast playing soccer, football, baseball, and golf. It was very fun and an incredible experience. I would recommend it to people wanting to eat, drink, and play a variety of sports. Im definitely going to do it again.

Lovely stay. The wind picked up and we were not going to be able to use the fire place we paid extra to buy, but thankfully it dies down and we were able to enjoy it. The room did not have bath soap or lotion in the bathroom and the coffee machine was broken. But the beds were comfy and clean.

I was there for Indian Wells so I paid a premium of $500 per night for a 2 Queen bed with a balcony and nice view of the pool and golf green. It was definitely more expensive than the room looked but at this time it was over priced everywhere within 30 minutes of Indian Wells. The front desk lady was different when I checked in and when I left but neither were friendly at all. Didn't say anything except the bare minimum to check me in and out. Nothing like "welcome" or "did you enjoy your stay?" The shower looked old. The balcony only had 1 chair with the coffee table while some balconies had 2.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE ONLY THING I DISLIKE IS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE A SAFE BOX IN THE ROOM

The front desk personnel were wonderful at check in. The room was dated, and felt old. Wonderful views and property but unfortunately, the room decor and feel of old musty room made it feel bad. Great for the budget conscious golfer.

Carpet in room was not vacuumed. Shower curtain had mold. Tub caulking was in terrible shape. Hallway carpet also not vacuumed. Carpet stain about a foot big outside room door.
