I stayed 2 days as family of 3. I feel the hotel is really over priced and over rated. Here are some minus points for my stay: 1. Check-in time is 4pm which is later than the usual hotels; 2. Need to fix the breakfast timing; 3. The reception staff was not so friendly, being a hotel focusing on family and children, I’m expecting more entertaining staffs. I don’t think I will be back again.

Stayed here just for my son to play cars. Do note booking is required to play the cars and each session is 15 mins. Walking distance to night market too.

Booked 2 rooms for family trip down to Luodong, Yilan. Breakfast provided- mainly ********* food. Kids friendly from entrance to room and amenities. Price wise slightly on the up side but location is very convenient - 5 min from the train station! Lack of an in house washer and dryer but a coin based laundry place is 5 min away near the train station.

The hotel is very kids friendly, lots of electric cars and kids activities and the indoor playground is great too, with a ball pit. Room is alright.

Check in was told booked 2 rooms but we only booked 1,waited 30 mins to settle. This hotel only decoration is kids theme which is good for ours especially the free rc car rides. Breakfast very limited n not very nice. The room is unsafe with the raised step, potential trip hazard. Which i did tripped and hurt my wrist n left feet. Water replenish is troublesome need to go 1st floor and at times out of water. Overall so-so, as given the only plus factor is the rides our kids enjoyed.

It was a wonderful place to go with kids! There’s many activities that kids love like electric cars and games.

Good location, 10 mins away from the train station and from the night market. Hotel is very kids friendly with car riding, indoor playground etc. breakfast is buffet with decent selections. Room is spacious with electronic toilet bowl. TV has youtube. Good hotels for kids.

Property is a little bit dated (e.g. stains on the walls), but everything was functional. My children enjoyed the small playground and the cars they were able to drive around the tracks for 15 mins at a time. The buffet breakfast was good, but note that a 1 hour timeslot has to be booked because the dining area is not large enough to accommodate all guests at the same time.

Room was spacious as it was meant for 4 people. Shower room floor tile was slippery after wet. Please take note esp for elderly and children

3min walk to Luodong train station and about 15min walk to Luodong night market. There is 7-11, Familymart and PX supermarket nearby for groceries. Great place for family with young kids with a play area and small electric vehicles for loan to play on the track. There are also switch games like Mario Kart for loan for slightly older kids. There is also a small activity/quest to complete during the stay to get a small gift in exchange.

Clean hotel. Very kids friendly - Great amenities for kids. My kids enjoyed their time at the playground area. Staff were friendly. Hotel breakfast mediocre

A good place for kids to stay with their indoor playground. However the staff at the indoor playground were not as friendly.

Will be better if the hotel has laundry facilities located inside it.

Wonderful place to stay for the family and it is near the Luo Dong train station. My child loved the car driving circuit and the play area. The adults can take a break at the lounge area while the children exhaust their energy at the play area. Decent food choices for the breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly.
