Tôi đã đặt phòng qua trip.com và thẻ của họ đã bị từ chối nên cơ sở không có lựa chọn nào khác ngoài việc tính phí thẻ ghi nợ cá nhân của tôi. Tôi đã trả gấp đôi cho một căn phòng tầm thường. Khách sạn có một sự kiện từ thiện kéo dài đến sau 11 giờ đêm, vì vậy có nhạc sống lớn n*** bên ngoài cửa sổ của chúng tôi. Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi đã nhìn thấy một cảnh hoàng hôn tuyệt đẹp từ cửa sổ.

Khách sạn này đã từng rất sạch sẽ. Dịch vụ rất tốt. Các nhân viên rất thân thiện và rất nhiệt tình. Chúng tôi đã làm lộn xộn ngày nhận phòng của chúng tôi. Họ rất tốt và đã giúp chúng tôi có được một phòng rất muộn vào ban đêm. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ khuyên bạn nên ở lại đây.

Nice, clean rooms

This is a nice hotel. My only complaint is that our room was never cleaned, no fresh towels, and had to ask for toilet paper. Also, a pizza box sat out in the hallway next to another room for two whole days and still there when we left. Ridiculous housekeeping.

The price was perfect for a quick overnight stay on our road trip. We had low expectations for that price and the hotel room and staff were great. The breakfast also exceeded our expectations.

Rooms were sufficient. Nothing fancy. Great for an overnight trip while travelling down the interstate.

Breakfast area was very clean, coffee was flavourful and the breakfast lady was pleasant. Nice way to begin a long drive North.

The room was comfortable, the staff was kind, the breakfast wasn’t bad, it wasn’t that noisy, the pool was ok, the shower was nice, and the view was alright, my son enjoyed the cows and horses to look at in the field. I would recommend this hotel.

The pool is amazing. Enjoyed the breakfast, and the price was reasonable. Bed was comfortable and it was very clean.

I only stayed here one night on our way south. Their internet was not working. So, they couldn't confirm my stay. This was very difficult after being on the road 7-10 hours. The staff are excellent, the breakfast was very good, and the pool is amazing! I would stay here again.

Everyone was very nice! The bathroom and tub shower were not handicapped accessible! If someone is handicapped it needs to be a walk in shower. The shower curtain had mold on it. Toilet has a permanent stain which is not attractive to look at. Wallpaper was coming down.

This hotel does not come anything close to a 4 star rating it is more like a 2 star. Were not sure who did good reviews on this hotel, but this needs to seriously looked into making it more of a lower grade hotel. The outside of the building looked very new but the inside the bedrooms told a different story. Old banged up furniture, busted lamp shade, the internet disnt work, the cable wasnt working, both sides of the washroom door were filthy, the carpet was poorly laid didnt even meet the walls in some areas. We are not fussy ppl when it comes to staying in hotels. We thought we were getting a nice hotel for the money we paid....WRONG We will NEVER stay in the Wydham hotels again. A courtesy response would be greatly appreciated. There are many photos that could be shared to all the comments in this review.
