We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk team was extremely friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. They were very proactive in solving any issues that came up, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. We also loved the cute robot that delivered our supper — it was efficient, fun, and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended. a very pleasant stay,

The room was spacious and clean, plenty of room for 2 people with extra amenities such as kitchen available. The breakfast is in a separate hotel next door, it’s quite basic and Chinese food only, but generally alright. The staff at the reception was friendly and would go out of their way to help with any questions. As for the location, it’s quite central with lots of food places around. Overall, a solid spot.

check in service is great, efficient and smooth. location is perfect and easy to reach. generally is clean and tidy and nothing to criticise. will recommend to friends and absolutely come back again. in fact it is our second time here

1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

We have been travelled around the globe for several decades, obviously we had stayed in many hotels before, but Wish Hotel is an exceptionally one to our party (6 people), they may not be a five star hotel, but their hospitality and friendliness, it’s rated number one in our hearts. For someone from Canada, who is a beginner with WeChat, I had no idea how to call a DiDi (Uber), book bus tickets and ….., Miss Ng (伍海美） had patiently taught me how to complete all these tasks, when Miss Ng was left for the night, Miss Lee (李小卿）also assisted us. I would like to say Thank you to both of you ! Should I ever return back to Tai Shan again, I will definitely come back to Wish Hotel .

Staff throught the hotel were courteous and very helpful. Room was spotless and spacious. Convenient location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying there.

Wonderful hotel with friendly reception, and a beautiful and spacious room with a balcony! I stayed here for a family wedding that was hosted at the hotel. My room was immense and immaculate, and I enjoyed sitting out on my own quiet patio before the festivities began. My afternoon coffee and snack in the lobby cafe was delicious. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and even the maids greeted me in the hallway. I ordered my breakfast to go, and it was thoughtfully packed and waiting for me in the morning at the front desk. I’m so happy to find such a lovely 5-star hotel in Taishan City. I felt well taken care of. Thank you so much!

The hotel is relatively new as compared to some of the other ones in the neighborhood. The room we booked was nice and clean. Unfortunately, they don’t have a fridge in the room which is inconvenient. The breakfast included was plentiful but quality is mediocre. But, this is no complaints considering this used to be a rural area of Kaiping. There are a few variety stores in close proximity that you can get some fruits and drinks so that is good. Will stay there again next time.
