The room was spacious and clean, plenty of room for 2 people with extra amenities such as kitchen available. The breakfast is in a separate hotel next door, it’s quite basic and Chinese food only, but generally alright. The staff at the reception was friendly and would go out of their way to help with any questions. As for the location, it’s quite central with lots of food places around. Overall, a solid spot.

check in service is great, efficient and smooth. location is perfect and easy to reach. generally is clean and tidy and nothing to criticise. will recommend to friends and absolutely come back again. in fact it is our second time here

1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I have been staying in this hotel for over 2 weeks. The room is large and the hotel is well managed. I chose a room that faces the quiet side (residential area) so it is peaceful. Breakfast is amazing with lots of delicious food, and the restaurant staff (all Cantonese) are extremely nice and hospitable. The reception staff during morning and afternoon shifts are very helpful, pleasant and professional. Housekeeping staff are all very nice and always cleans my room very properly. There is a convenience store connected to the hotel which is good. The only downside is the communal areas are not very clean - the carpets in the corridors (especially near the lifts) are always dirty. They don't seem to vacuum clean the communal carpets regularly. Also, there is cigarette smell in the lift and communal area.

這次自駕過江門玩，發現了一個寶藏温泉酒店，我們提前到的想寄存行李，前台管家給我們提前入住了，非常人性化 一進房間看到房間非常乾淨 而且客廳外的公共區域還有麻將可以打可惜了人不太夠，不然還可以在客廳打打麻將，酒店裡麪非常新 温泉水是真的，白天周邊風景很不錯，強烈推薦！下次過台山的話還是會選擇這裏

More than 10 years ago, I stayed in Taishan Gaoye Hotel and was impressed by this hotel. It is a well established, well equipped hotel and within walking distance to the pedestrians mall and shops. I highly recommended this hotel for its convenience. It will be great if the lighting in the room are adjustable as it is a bit dark in my allocated room. The WC has better lighting than the room itself. I will still return to this hotel when I’m in Taicheng.
