Khách Sạn Có Phục Vụ Bữa Sáng Tại Calgary

I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel. . I am writing to complain  the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge. Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone.  So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line. So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction. I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

Nhân viên lễ tân rất vui vẻ và phòng rất sạch sẽ! Khách sạn cũng nằm ở vị trí thuận tiện n*** trung tâm thành phố Calgary. Tuy nhiên, nhiệt độ nước tắm hơi khó điều chỉnh vì lúc thì quá nóng, lúc thì quá lạnh. Nhưng nhìn chung tôi rất hài lòng và sẽ giới thiệu khách sạn này cho những người đi du lịch một mình!

I always enjoy my stay at Deerfoot Inn & Casino. The purpose of my trip was to hang out with my sister and catch up on our lives. The deluxe queen room was spacious and welcoming. I found a stain on the top sheet when the cover topper fell away. Just looked like a coffee stain, but jeez?! We went down to the buffet for supper, and the prime rib and scalloped potatoes were delicious, as well as the other entries. After we ate, we sat in the lounge next to the restaurant. I loved the big, comfortable chairs we chose to sit on. When I got up to use the ladies' room, my hips were out of sorts for several steps because the chairs are sitting too low. May I suggest they update the furniture as I noticed other older guests having the same issue.

My fellow Rotarian and I came for the 2025 Rotary International Conference in Calgary. The stay was pleasant. Service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily which was nice returning to a tidy clean room. Coffee and tea were replenished daily which was great. I will highly recommend to friends and family. The hotel was so close to the airport. Shuttle service was provided to the airport which was convenient. I liked the lobby display ready for the 2015 Calgary Stampede from July 1st 2025 for ten days.

Không gian phòng ổn👌🏻Chỉ là buổi tối ồn ào quá không biết có xây dựng hay gì không nhưng âm thanh cực kỳ to sẽ ảnh hưởng đến người ngủ không ngon. Vị trí của khách sạn rất tốt. Có một tàu điện ngầm miễn phí trong thành phố n*** trước cửa. Nó cũng rất thuận tiện để đi bộ đến các điểm nhận phòng khác nhau. Nếu bạn không có nhiều hành lý thì có xe buýt sân bay n*** trước cửa để bạn có thể đón ra sân bay, rất thuận tiện. Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi có nhiều hành lý nên vẫn đi taxi.

Đó là một chỗ ở tốt cho một đêm ở lại, Mọi thứ đều sạch sẽ. Tất cả các tiện nghi cơ bản đều được đáp ứng! 👍🏻👍🏻 Gần sân bay và gần trạm xăng. Chỉ 15 phút lái xe đến sân bay.

酒店很新，新裝修過 洗護用品還可以 值得推薦 衹是空調不好操作 早上想用咖啡機弄個咖啡，打開裝水的後面 滿滿是灰塵 這個是不是應該被好好改變 衞生：衞生細節不好，特別咖啡機衞生 就是沒有打掃過，全是灰 設施：新 環境：好 服務：性價比高

This is my second visit this time it was perfect they renovated it since i walked in smells sooo clean and fresh the housekeeping manger sooo helpful and kind The buffet for dinner amazing Indian cuisine over all very nice experience especially at the pool
