Aside from the usual 2 star hotel expected but manageable shortcomings (hard mattress, bad pillows, tiny bathroom) there were 3 unexpected issues that put this hotel in my Top 5 worst hotel experiences of all time: #1. No elevator access. Like, at all. I was traveling with a baby which made this extra challenging as I had to do several trips with her in one hand and a bag in the other up and down three flights of stairs. #2: No hot water. Not even warm water. The water temperature ranged from cold to very cold in both the tap and shower. And #3. (and worst of all): There is a constant humming noise. I still have no idea what the source of the noise was but it persisted throughout the entire time I was in my room and was loud enough that I could feel the vibration of it when I was lying in bed.
Needless to say I spent one sleepless night at this hotel and started the following morning off by canceling the rest of my stay and moving hotels. 1/10 would not recommend
