Newly renovated hotel, comfortable ambience and design. Really love the design of the renovated hotel room. Hotel receptions are also efficient and friendly. However, the bathroom was not clean thoroughly as there was faulty smell when we just checked in, and the toilet roll was also finished and not replaced until we look for cleaner to spray in the bathroom and replace a new toilet roll. I have to personally clean the toilet bowl to make sure no smell was left. The bedding was also not very comfortable, feel lile budget hotel bedding but understandable as it is a shophouse style hotel. Honestly for the price point we are paying it has nothing to be complained but only highlight the downside for hotel to improve.

I love this place and I will come again for my next trip. Very clean and good location also.

Best place to stay in bintulu. Harga sangat berbaloi even not include for breakfast. Bersih & kemas. Cadar bersih, wangi and no stain at all. Paling wangi mereka punya shower gel ! 🫧 Rasanya ni kali ke 4 dah stay sini. Staff sangat ok, love their services. Keep it up 🩷

The overall of the hotel is good except the toilet have some smell

Worth the price. Clean and affordable. Right below is a sushi place and a seafood place. Right in the middle of town, easy to go anywhere. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The front desk is less welcoming. A clean, pleasant, air-conditioned room with stable WiFi for work preparation. Strategic location, easy to access, and a few restaurants within walking distance, but my room faced the main road, so it was noisy till 11 p.m.

I had a pleasant stay at The Inn Hotel Bintulu. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. I also appreciate that the toilet is very clean and well maintained, which is important for a comfortable stay. The only downside is that the TV is not a smart TV, but overall, it did not affect my experience too much, and I would still recommend this hotel to others

the hotel very good and the location on top because have plenty shop ,cafe .laundry and mall nearby.
