It was a fantastic experience for our families stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The location is also a major plus—conveniently situated near KLCC & Avenue K, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay. I would definitely return!

Overall experience was great. The apartment has everything prepared for us 3 adults, from indoor slippers, toiletries, cutleries to wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped, even has a dishwasher. This apartment has a king bed in one room and a king single and a single in the other room. I'm not sure how this would sleep 6 people, but the sofas are quite comfortable if anyone needs to know. They also prepared a car parking space, just need to give RM200 deposit and they refunded it swiftly after we check-out. This room has a fantastic view to the twin towers and just across the street, there is a convenience store and curry house for late night cravings. Very good location and very easy to get to by car or public transport.

Very nice apartment, same building as W Hotel, very nice view, but more importantly the service was very good, I must give our staff a big thumbs up

Bad airbnb type situation where there is no lobby or service provided. We got a dirty unit that was disgusting and then we got moved to another one that had hair on the bed. We cut our losses and booked elsewhere. Would not recommend AT ALL, unless you love the smell of smoke, dirt and unclean bedsheets.

A luxury suite with complete ammenities. Walking distance to nearby attractions. Room was spotlessly cleaned and spacious. Check in was really smooth with friendly personnel. Parking is convenient with direct lift to the floors. Amazing and value for money.

I got lucky to book this property by this agent with affordable price in high season , Good price , spacious rooms , the room having good scent during I stay 3 days, easy check in and check out. Staying 3 nights .and I would like to coming back again definitely with this agent, one of them name Yusuf .

Everything perfect, specialy the location, just next the twin tower. Thanks to Ibrahim, the staff who is very diligent , give a very good service and fast response to all our need. Will plan to go to Tropicana again. Love it.

Strategic location. But the bedsheet is dirty, pillow & bedsheet very smelly. No toothbrush. Sofa dirty. Display dirty rose on bed. No use. WiFi not stable. 99% can not be used. Misleading late check out time. Cheating
