BC Music Resort

Right, listen up! Forget those dodgy reviews. The BC Music Resort in Benidorm absolutely knocked our socks off. We arrived apprehensive but honestly, this place exceeded every expectation. The staff? Seriously outstanding. They were genuinely eager to help with anything and everything. Always smiling, the place was spotless, and they were up for a good bit of banter. Top marks to the whole team! Our eight-person bunk room was basic but spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Just a tiny suggestion for the hotel – maybe some bed guards on those top bunks, and can be a challenge to climb after a bevvy. The all-inclusive was brilliant. You could pretty much order whatever you fancied, which was a definite win. The pool area was a proper vibe – great music, flowing drinks, and picture-perfect for those holiday snaps. (would love if we could request songs of our choice) Plus, the rooftop bar offered a quieter space to chill, but was also perfect for a good laugh. The food was exactly what you'd expect, and there was always a decent selection to choose from at each meal. No complaints there at all. So, a massive thank you to all the incredible staff at the BC Music Resort. Your hospitality was truly top-notch, and you made our holiday fantastic. Honestly, it was the best place ever, and we can't wait to come back! Thanks for everything!

Came 26th April with my 3 sisters didn't know what to expect with reading previous reviews. The staff firstly were all amazing very friendly no rudeness at all , the food not the best but standard for all inclusive in 3* hotel breakfast probably best meal , rooms spacious and clean although wasn't aware there's no balconies with most rooms which was a shame , rooftop terrace was amazing main pool on a normal day was ok although constant booming music could be better choice but just preference,be prepared for the cardiac hill to get back to the hotel 😂 overall I wouldn't personally come to this hotel again but if your after cheap,cheerful,busy and loud then it's the place for you .

Just returned from my hen party, there was 11 of us. Please ignore the bad reviews I think the hotel is great! The rooms were cleaned every day, the staff were all friendly. Yes the sun does go behind the buildings which is a downside however thats due to the high rise buildings surronding the hotel. They only went behind for around 15 minutes at a time. The drinks were good, good selection of cocktails and different flavours of vodka. Got our deposit back straight away, literally as we checked out. Which I was surprised about after seeing alot of people waiting a long time for theirs. Not sure if its because ours was to a Monzo account, but it went in really quick! The food wasnt amazing but I never struggled to eat, they had spring rolls, samosas , pork , salmon , salads. Also free ice cream and ice lollys which were nice. I would definitely go back. The strip is around a 10 minute walk, we had a nice walk down every night and got a 5 euro taxi back. Your room key is on your wrist which I thought was a great idea as you never forget it and you all have access to the room.

Value for money & Rafa is great host. Definitely would come again, all staff fantastic and clean facilities. Plenty of places to sit inside and out also plenty of drink options and food is ok. Definitely a good value place to come drink and enjoy

The staff make the bc music resort! We was a group of 4 - mixed ages and not there for the party scene but rather the location. We felt safe at all times and all the staff were polite and helpful. I imagined it would be noisy and getting woken up during the night but not at all it was peaceful and didn’t get woken up once. On checkout our room was checked and deposit was put back in straightaway! I think stopping the all inclusive alcohol at 7pm Is a really good idea and massively contributes to the safety and well-being of tourists and staff. Thankyou to the staff ❤️

Hotel was ok but being told.that the deposit for.the room will not be released into my account for a month is just short of shambling... AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS...my mate is waiting on 150 and me 100 som250 quid being held for.a month .....scammers
