Great location, friendly staff and very clean hotel

Excelente hotel, mucha variedad en el buffet, está ubicado para ir a varios puntos de la ciudad, la atención del personal excelente, nosotros compramos excursiones en el hotel que es más práctico te ayudan en lo que necesitan, seguramente volveremos, recomendable 100%, las instalaciones están muy bien y por la noche el show estuvo súper, desde mi punto de vista un hotel de lujo en todos los aspectos

Todo bien, el buffet repetitivo

Had such a lovely time staying at Rio Park. Food was lovely, staff very helpful, and pool very big and clean. The entertainment was brilliant too with a wide variety of acts. We came here for my grandad’s 80th birthday and we will certainly never forget the wonderful time we had.

Just had another great holiday staying at the fantastic Rio park in Benidorm. This hotel is clean tidy with great food, Rooms, pools, staff all great. The wife and I just loved how relaxing the place is. Its location is great for the market, the local bakery or the beach. Check it out yourself it’s great value.

We returned from Benidorm yesterday and I can confidently say that Rio Park is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are clean (we had a spacious family room) , and the buffet, particularly at dinner, is both rich and exceptional. The pool area is vast and offers a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

If you don't get down to pool area before 9am!! You don't get a sunbed never mind parasol. There should be extra sun beds provided by the hotel as the usual ****** queuing up at stupid o'clock get there first and none left!!! On a positive note food was good plenty of variety and freshly replenished and hotel very clea.

Nice hotel, good location, linen/towels changed regularly. Staff friendly and efficient. Buffet food very good with a good choice – one of the best I’ve come across. Bottomless water bottle a good idea – saving many plastic bottles. Wi-Fi coverage very good but I found that I had to log-in every day. Old 21inch TV with no HDMI could do with upgrading. I was surprised to find ash trays on the balcony, whenever I opened the balcony door the room smelt of cigarette smoke. I’d read other reviews about the lift problems, and long waits were not uncommon, but they were worse than I’d expected - but to be fair a lot of the problems were self inflicted with guests pressing both up and down buttons and then wondering why the lifts stopped at every floor! Some of the evening entertainment was very good – so not so! Non adjustable sun beds were not comfortable, difficult to read laying on your back so people sat on plastic chairs to read. No quiet sun bed area. Difficult to read or listen to my own music with loud compulsory music which evidently couldn’t be turned off, and when turned down was turned back up after a couple of tracks. The same music loop every day. We found that if we didn’t get a sun bed/brolly by 0930 we we wouldn’t be able to get one until after 3.00pm. Perhaps this would be improved if the number of people from outside were restricted.

I am so sorry to have to do this review but it needs saying We have been going to rio.park for over 20 years and had fabulous experience back to the days of the old manager Jose we have noticed over the past couple of years the quality of the food has been getting worse This year however we were so disappointed on arriving we had to wait 2 hrs for our room The emptying and resetting of the dining room was poor as we were walking looking for a table all of which were still full of food from previous people And the choice, quality,and temperature of the food was very very poor this year infact we ate out on many occasions However the Bar,clenliness of rooms,reception,and all other facilities are still all fine I have recommended you to all my friends and family over the years and they agreed that it was a fantastic hotel Now I feel I cannot recommend any more Infact we are going to try another hotel next year Come on Rio.park get your act together and sort it out Please!!!!!!!!!!!
