Magic Natura Resort

Fantastic holiday went with family all 11 of us, staff were friendly and always there to help. The place is mega clean, the zoo we loved it also the pool Fantastic views. the food was great and lots of variety,the lodges were really clean but the downside was the walls were mega thin and you could hear everything. Definitely will come again

Overall we had a really good time here. We went premium and had 2 lodges in the Bali section with private hot tubs. The lodges were nice with little areas that needed some tlc - the showers were quite limescaley/rusty, the shelf in the bathroom was slanted and had a little block of wood under to keep it up. The rooms ventilation was also really poor leading to A LOT of condensation, even to the point where all the paper in our room was wet and curling up etc. The beds were very firm and not very comfortable. There were mini fridges, a kettle, microwave and Nespresso machine which were useful (the Nespresso machine was a bit temperamental when it would work or not). We requested a bed guard for our son as he is 4 and tends to fall out of the bed without one. There were plenty of wardrobes and drawers for clothes storage for 4 people too. One of the doors to the lodges didn't close by itself and this was left open a couple of times by housekeeping which could've led to personal belongings going missing but as far as we are aware this didn't happen. We also had a wet towel and swimming costume that was drying in the bathroom chucked into a suitcase making the rest of the contents wet too. Not sure why housekeeping done this. The hot tub was definitely the highlight of the lodges for us as the pools were freezing we spent most of our time in the hot tub when not out and about. The food in the restaurants was mostly good. We always found something to eat every day we went. It did get very repetitive towards the end of the week though. The food in the Italian was ok, the pasta was fresh but the portions weren't huge. The dessert selection in the Italian was not as good as the desserts in the buffet. The paella upstairs was very good, we enjoyed that. The starters for the upstairs restaurant was all the same food as the buffet food downstairs too. As we were premium guests we had access to the smaller buffet restaurant which was very nice, as the standard restaurant was very cramped, busy and loud. We did however notice there was a bit more food in the standard restaurant. We ordered pizza delivery once and this was fine except it was cold and late so I think we were the last to receive the delivery. It was edible but we didn't bother ordering again. There were plenty of pools around the resort for smaller kids and older kids/adults, as we went in April the weather wasn't the warmest and the water was quite cold but we did get in a couple of times. There were activities all through out the days spread out across the resort at the main bar and the larger pool area. There is a game section with a pool table and other arcade machines. There is a ping pong table by the larger pool too. Several bars scattered around in all areas by the pools too. There is a games console area too which you need to book a time slot to gain access. Overall this is not the worst holiday we have had but it is most defintely more for kids than adults to enjoy. First of all there is meant to be a free 'bus' that takes you around the resort and to and from zoo and waterpark but it was broke when we were there until the last day. As the pool area was horrendously overcrowded and deafingly loud (the entertainers mic was up way way too loud) we opted to go to the waterpark every day but had to walk. We were averaging 13,000 steps a day and my partner and i were exhausted. The resort is on a hill and with the 35 degree heat it was a lot! Pool areas are small, a little dirty and people put down towels very early in the morning. Dont expect to do any swimming. The zoo is fairly decent with more animals than we anticipated, its also not crowded at all, has loads of eating places and a kids adventure playground. You can also cut through the zoo to get to the waterpark with a more shded path however the route back to the hotel is entirely uphill. My sons partner booked an experience to hold a snake, spider, scorpian which was good. However again it is on a hill so be be prepared to hike and i would not bother with the aviary which was very smelly and we only saw about 3-4 types of bird. The aquapark is great - go for the grey areas with red sunbeds as these are free for hotel guests otherwise you will pay 8 euro each. You can rent rubber rings and lockers. There are a good selection of slides (at least 10 from what i remember) queues are not bad and a big pool, 3 large kids areas, sea lion area, shop, games area, at least 6 eating places but you can also bring your own food and drink in and a shop. You can also rent balinese beds or a vip area if you want to pay. Some of the lifeguards are a little over zealous with some having rules about googles and some not but overall ita good they have so many of them. The lodge was clean but tight for space. There was only 3 of us but it claimed to sleep 6 - which would have been impossible. Shower was good and there is wardrobe space. Beds are rock hard and there are no instructions whatsoever for hot tub, however once you get it going its decent - could have done with more outdoor lighting. We would spend a good bit of time on the daybed after aqua park and before going for dinner which was noce to just chill out in as the living area and sofa is narrow. Wifi did not work on my phone for the whole stay but my partner did get it intermitinently. Lodges can be cleaned every day at your request. Food - its not the worst buffet we have seen and as standard there is always a fresh salad bar, chips, a roast meat of some description and the fruit was always fresh. However the majority of dishes we had were completely tasteless and sometimes it was difficult to work out what the dish was meant to be. Some were also roasting while others were look warm - pasta and sauces mostly.Robots were a nice touch in the dining hall for kids. We did the meat a la carte res

We visited as a family of 5 in July 2025. Overall we had a good holiday - the highlights were the water park, zoo, watching the elephants from the zoo and the gaming room. Our lodge was clean but could have done with a refurb. The wood on the decking was broken, parts of the fence broken, untidy with weeds, part of the shower was broken, the wardrobe sounded ike it was going to fall over and the safe did not work (which we got our money back for). The food was fine - it definitely wasnt amazing but it wasnt awful either. There was always something that everyone could eat. We were definitely just eating to be full rather than going for a nice meal. The dining area was chaotic with too many people. The tables are in rows like a school diner hall , there is no space between the tables - you are so close to the table next to you. It wasnt pleasant family time. We have been to many all inclusive hotels where you can still sit and enjoy a family meal rather than feel like your in a school dinner hall. The cocktails were ok but nothing special. The did go about tidying the pool and dining area but things could sit for a while they werent on the ball making sure the place was tidy. The staff definitely were not happy to be at work, they were miserable. If we asked for anything it was as if they wernt happy and just couldnt be bothered to help. The exception from this was one male on reception who very kindly helped with WiFi codes after another worker telling us she couldnt help as the WiFi was just poor as they were in the mountains. One male worker on the bar was brilliant with the kids and the animation team were friendly. My 10 year old daughter even asked " why are the workers here so rude? I dont like it. We are on holiday, I thought they would be nice." If the kids all inclusive bands break (ours did twice) you need to go to the waterpark to get a replacement- complete madness! The walk to the waterpark through the zoo is nice but I dont recommend you walk through the carparks!! The reception staff told us its a 5 minute walk- in the heat with children it was a 20min awful walk!! There are buggies which go but the wait can be a long time and you still need to walk a car park after being dropped off. We have been to 4* hotels recently in Tenerife, Portugal and Turkey and they are a different level to this hotel. I my opinion this definitely not to 4* standard due to mainly the lodge needing tlc, poor staff service and the food and eating situation. We did have a nice holiday but we wouldn't return and we wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends looking for 4*. There are so many more plaves out there that for the money you get a 4* service in return!!

As a family, we all loved Magic Natura and were really sad to leave. From the moment we were greeted by the friendly reception staff to the buggy ride home, everyone treated us so well. The water park and the zoo are a great advantage to the park. My girls are old enough that they can explore themselves so didn’t have to worry about bored teenagers. The pools were great! I worried that they would be too busy but I never struggled to get a bed. Sometimes we’d go down to the water park late afternoon and it would be quite quiet and we’d just play in the huge pool with lots of beds to choose from. There are grey stripes on the floor to show you which beds are free for Magic Natura guests. I didn’t notice this at first. There is also a restaurant in the middle of the park that ultra all inclusive guests can use which was really handy. We loved the water fountains around the camp. You can just fill your bottle wherever you are to stay hydrated. Food: We really enjoyed the food. Lots of options for my little boy like nuggets and burgers etc and pancakes for breakfast. I loved the way the potatoes are cooked. There is definitely variety. We had pizza one night, sushi the next. As an ultra inclusive guest we tried the premium restaurants. Our favourite was the Italian. The kids loved the robot that brings the food over! Room: The rooms were very clean. We were fairly close to all the amenities. Yes there can be a lot of walking on park but we knew that and were all fit and healthy so didn’t worry us. Maids came each day to check for towels. Apartment was cleaned every few days. Great choice of tv stations. Top tip! On the remote there is a tools button to change the language to what suits you. Entertainment: big shout out to the team! They work so hard and put their soul into the shows. We spoke to a few in the restaurant and I think my daughter thought she was meeting celebrities! She was so happy they took the time to chat with her. Our favourite was the circus guy! The guy that runs the games is very funny and always interacting with guests. Drinks: Great choice of drinks! As a non drinker I loved the options of non alcoholic cocktails. Top tip! The rooftop bar makes the makes the best ones. The man that works that bar is a pleasure! Always smiling and has great music on. Grounds: I loved that there were so many different areas you could go depending on what you want. I loved having a coffee in the square in the afternoon and the area at the side of the cafe was nice and shaded and cool to hide from the sun. Shuttle bus: We used the bus on 4 different days. We found it really handy. We’d time our visit around the bus times. Taxis were great too but as a family of 6 it made more sense to use the bus. In town we went on the inflatable obstacle course. Absolutely ridiculous the service from the reception staff terrisa was absolutely disgusting asked her if there was anywhere to get a vape said there was no where other than there own shop and there shop had just shut at 10pm or into the heart of Benidorm when I went down on my mobility scooter as I have copd just a quarter of a mile into my journey I came across a garage 24 hours when I got back and went and said you told me there was no where she laughed in my face and spoke in a foreign language to her male college and they both laughed brilliant service here not wouldn’t recommend coming too magic Natura you can get better service else where absolutely disgusting especially for disabled people
