TTài khoản kháchThe hotel has an immaculate lobby and friendly staff. The room was clean with typical amenities expected. They have a very large fitness facility with a good selection of equipment. There is no pool or free breakfast, but this hotel met everything I needed. I was very pleased.

JJJRGIts a great hotel to stay when you are having a long lay-over in Denver. Very spacious rooms, comfy bed,Starbucks coffee provided. Really superb and worth the price. Though its quite on the higher price, still the best and relaxing sleep and stay is at its finest. Will stay here again soon.

Across the road from train line that takes you direct from the airport. $10 on train for 40 min train ride.
Great location for the city.
Spotless with cleaning.
Funky foyer.
Water bottle in room and can refill from water fountain in lobby.
Mini shop with snacks and pharmacy items.
Fitness room was very clean. Had a cable machine, dumbbells, treadmill, cross trainer.
Just didn’t have leg machines or barbells.
Provides towels and water fountain in gym.
Spacious elevators.
Had a pod machine with coffee provided but no hot water in room for tea, but can get boiling water in the lobby.
Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Location is excellent with 16th street mall at the side

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel is relatively new, rooms are spacious, breakfast is Ok. But, be prepared to spend 10-30 minutes waiting for the elevator and in the breakfast hours or check in hours it might take even longer. When checking out I had to use the stairs to get down from 8th floor after waiting 20 minutes for the elevator!!!
The general service is also almost absent. I asked to bring bedding to the room for my kid and prepare the sofa, they said they they have no staff , but promised at least to bring bedding to the room. Four hours later - nothing happened. I had to get back to reception and eventually received it there and had to do everything myself

TTài khoản kháchWe love Brown Palace and have been there before. We had difficulty getting them to return our calls when we were trying to make reservations for dinner there. Our air conditioning would not turn off and we didn’t hear back from them when we alerted them to the problem. For the price we were paying, we expected better service. It is still a wonderful historic place to spend time.

SSarah B85The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room.
I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

TTài khoản kháchHighly recommend this hotel, the staff was amazingg. Every staff member helping us were very friendly and helpful. We travelled from Texas to elope and were wanting to check in very early, they didn’t have anything but that was expected being that we arrived at 8 am! Although they didn’t have one ready they STILL gave us free breakfast! On top of that they gave us free drinks at the bar as a newly wed gift! Again not expected. The chef also came out later when we went to the bar at night and gifted us delicious dessert, this hotel made us feel welcomed in Colorado . We def. Will be back.
