Clean newer hotel conveniently located within walking distance from bus terminals. We took a bus directly from Hong Kong airport to Taishan Bus Terminal (less than 4 hours) and walked to the hotel (less than 10 minutes). We were impressed by the friendly staff and their excellent customer service. They offered us a free room upgrade upon arrival. Rooms were cleaned every day at our preferred time. We just call them before we headed out. They helped us to call DiDi for car rides while we set up our wechat pay accounts. My uncle left his bag on the bus from HK airport and the hotel staff helped him to contact the bus company and found the bag! We were able to deliver our shopping items to the hotel for storage while continuing to shop. We were so thankful for the extra support! They made us feel right at home! Dim Sum, quick bites, supermarket, pharmacy, bank and hair salon are closely located within one block from the hotel. As we stayed at the hotel for more than two weeks, I wish laundry was available. This wasn't a big deal for us and we would definitely stay in Ningyang Hotel again!

Tôi đưa em bé đi du lịch vào Ngày tháng Năm, tôi chọn phòng gia đình, khi đến nơi thì thấy đó là phòng đôi cao cấp, cái gọi là giường 1,2 mét không giống với hình ảnh nhưng thực chất là ghế sofa trong phòng đôi cao cấp, nghi ngờ lừa dối người tiêu dùng! Nếu bạn biết đó là giường sofa, bạn cũng có thể chọn một phòng đôi cao cấp, bạn có thể tiết kiệm hơn 100 hoặc 200 nhân dân tệ cho ít nhất hai đêm vào ngày lễ! Thảm trong phòng bẩn, đèn mờ, điều hòa ồn ào, công tắc đèn ngủ ở đầu giường bật suốt đêm ảnh hưởng đến giấc ngủ của mọi người, kinh khủng nhất là có những con bọ không rõ, nó cắn tôi đã ba ngày rồi, túi vẫn còn ngứa! Mặc dù các vật dụng bên trong đều là logo của Hampton by Hilton nhưng lại không có chất của Hilton.

Good for family staying. There are different kinds of herb spring pools. Some hotel facilities are a bit old though.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air! From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by its unique and farm house style design. It wasn't your typical cookie-cutter hotel, and that's exactly what I loved. The peaceful environment was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and providing to-the-point service – no fuss, just what I needed. A huge plus was the hotel's location. Being within walking distance of so many attractions made exploring a breeze. And when I got hungry, the abundance of great food options nearby was the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. It's in rural area and rides may not be to easy to get after 10pm. If you plan to return late to the hotel, be sure to know how to contact the hotel just in case the front desk is closed. Sorry to wake you at the middle of night boss lady!

Located quite far away from the city centre, but I chose to stay here due to the proximity to my village and people that I was visiting. However, it wasn't difficult to book Didi using the app, so transport not a problem. Hotel is rather aged, though it has a grand lobby. Facilities and room amenities were basic. Was not easy to activate room wifi, but the hotel staff was helpful in connecting it for me. Buffet breakfast was ok, very local.

卧室與客廳都比較寬敞，還有一個大院子，泡池在房間外面院子裏湖邊，房間正面向東，風景優美，不會西曬，泡池夠大夠深，温泉是純正的天然温泉，任用，量大，略微有點鹹味，特別地夠熱，簡直太熱了！停車方便，交通方便，附近有個小村，有個當地人菜市場，早餐什麼的很好吃又便宜。缺點是：温泉真的是太熱了，不加凍水的話，3個小時都仍然非常熱，近乎燙，應該搞個設施放涼温泉水以便使用。房間的床、床墊品質不好，廉價，硬梆梆的。配置的傢俱也低端了一些。泡池在外面，私隱差了點，附近有人裝修，必須要穿泳衣泳褲才行。坐落於一個小區之中，很多類似民宿，不太好找。

四星級的酒店，五星級的服務；價格不貴，酒店高規。酒店地理位置優越，在大雁山腳下，離古勞水鄉也不遠，一次遊了兩個地方。床鋪舒服，衞生乾淨，有燒烤和游泳池，大家庭出遊，有老有少，都説住得很好。特別感謝王總監，有問題立馬解決，安排非常細心周到。下次有機會一定再來。

房間很乾凈沒有異味，床單乾淨很新，淋浴很舒適，WIFI很快，前台24小時有人隨時解決問題，贊。位置非常棒，服務温馨。出遊必選酒店，性價比很高!入住體驗感很棒!這家一直是我信賴的酒店。

The hotel itself and the room were great, very comfortable and well maintained. Unfortunately the whole Gudou area is badly neglected and run down. The hot springs are clean, but in desperate need of refurbishment and maintenance
