Amazing for capsule hotel! Everything 5 stars! Next door is Coop City supermarket, buy the cooked food and eat in the hotel, choose from the nice table or sofa. Feel free to use their tableware, comes with free flow or still/hot or sparking water! Just amazing! Their service-top notch! From cleanliness to friendliness, not to mention helpfulness. Just ask them anything, from tour guide to travel tips, recommendations or so on… Capsule is huge, good sound proof. Air ventilation very good. Free locker for you, just need to bring your own padlock. They allowed me to use it before check in and way after check in time.  At this price and location, I feel this is definitely a 5 star capsule hotel! Will surely come back!

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Everything is there, also slippers and L'occitane products. The view of the city - if you have a good room - is wonderful. Ah, and the room is very clean ! On the negative side, the bed was uneven, maybe because it was used too much, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Then, the rooms are not so spacious. For one or two nights, I fully recommend coming here. I will rather go to a more modern hotel next time because of the uneven mattress.

Room is clean. Love their breakfast, especially the truffle scrambled eggs. The bed is comfortable. If you want some hot water, you have to borrow a kettle from reception.

The hotel looked good on the outside, it is clean and designed with a castle interior. though it was good on the outside, there were no particular facilities and fun attractions other than the view seen from the restaurant.

Hotel Monopol Luzern is a highly-rated, centrally located hotel in Lucerne, Switzerland, known for its classic elegance, lake views, and proximity to attractions like the Chapel Bridge and right next to Luzern train station. It was built in 1899 with historic and most architecturally in wood building. Breakfast was good and has variety of choices. It has McDonald and Starbucks below the building which make it super convenient.

The hotel (i.e. the building with a Swiss flag in my photo) has an excellent location, which is close to Luzern train station, the pier and a main bus stop. Ground floor is their restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast with a fantastic view of Chapel Bridge. Receptionists are friendly and welcoming. The room is cozy and clean. It is not big but I can still open my large suitcase. With its central location and service quality, I think it is absolutely a good value of money.

Đặt phòng của chúng tôi đã được nâng cấp lên khách sạn Monopol (4 sao) và khách sạn có phòng rất đẹp, vị trí tốt nhất tại Lucerne, n*** bên cạnh ga xe lửa, cầu trưng bày nổi tiếng và bến tàu du lịch. Tầng trệt có cà phê Starbuck, McDonald, kem và quán đồ ăn tổng hợp (khá đắt so với loại đồ ăn).

Vị trí thuận tiện mặc dù nằm xa trung tâm thị trấn Luzern. Cách trạm xe buýt 3 phút và n*** cạnh các cửa hàng tạp hóa như Denner. Tuy nhiên, cần đặt cọc 20 euro cho máy sấy tóc/bộ chuyển đổi. Phòng đủ rộng cho 2 người. Nhìn chung, giá cả rất xứng đáng so với các khách sạn khác ở Luzern.
