Excellent location. Close to Chapel Bridge, Altstadt & the tram-stop to the Main Train Station is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel. Room is amazing. Bed is comfy & warm. Stayed on a higher floor where there's a balcony 😍 Breakfast was the basics, nothing fancy...but spread was good enough to kickstart your day. I'm grateful breakfast came with room. I'll definitely return for a stay when I visit Lucerne again! Highly recommended!👍👍👍

Location wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort.

Room is clean. Love their breakfast, especially the truffle scrambled eggs. The bed is comfortable. If you want some hot water, you have to borrow a kettle from reception.

Wow a wonderful stay! Location super convenient i was extra surprised! 10 minutes walk to the main station, or less by bus, and walking distance to the main attractions. Near to the lake and mountains. Coffee tea provided at the reception. Breakfast with diversity included and good price for a stay during Christmas. 2 twin beds instead of 1 double bed. A bit scary at night cause it’s small and old. But clean and lovely enough for a short stay considering all other factors. I love the bathroom btw, nice amenities tho

The location is good, close to the train station and most sightseeing places in Luzern. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. The only drawback of the hotel is noise levels. There are many restaurants around with outdoor seating so you would hear people chatting all the way till 11 pm. 5AM in the morning there would be loud street cleaning trucks. There was one night some bar nearby had loud drunk people noise till 2AM. There's no AC in the room so you have to leave the window open and deal with all the noises.

Phòng có bốn người. Phòng rộng rãi, sáng sủa, vệ sinh rất tốt. Phòng tắm đơn hơi bất tiện. Tôi đã email trước cho họ để hướng dẫn cách nhận phòng. Việc nhận phòng và trả phòng không tiếp xúc diễn ra rất suôn sẻ. Nhìn chung, tôi rất hài lòng.

The front desk is only available from morning till 11pm, so be sure you have to complete your check in beforehand. Ps. the check in/out counter is at a different location (around 2 mins walk from magic hotel).
