Air conditioning was not super, but as far as everything else it was excellent, opposite Icon Bali an advantage, staff and service good

Decent enough but some of the fittings could use an update and the bathroom could use a good scrub to remove mould and grime. The wifi was pretty much unusable so we had to hop to the nearby cafes. But ok value and great location.

I was happy with my stay here and had everything I needed in very close proximity. I didn’t realise I would be staying across from Icon Bali Mall so this was a pleasant surprise but does make for a very busy street. The staff were so lovely, my room was good and had everything I needed, the shower wasn’t great but it worked and did the job, bed was comfortable and my room was right next door to the pool so that was perfect. I was able to walk over to the beach but it was too busy for me so only went over the one time. It was great to have a Circle K and money exchange on either side of the hotel. I would stay here again!

Location good in front of Icon Bali mall. Beside hotel got 24 hours convenient shop and money changer. The hotel near beach and many cafes, souvernier shops and bar. However got water leaking drop from air conditioner.

Icon Mall across the street. Clean, friendly guys at reception, roof top pool.. great choose of Warungs, clothing, souvenirs etc. Would stay here again 👍

The hotel staff was nice, helpful and worth for the budget. location was suitable to visit other famous places like Ubud and nearby night market. Overall, the stay was good.

Очень хороший, уютный отель. Местоположение отличное! Много ресторанчиков, торговый центр, и пляж в 5-7 минутах. Очень чисто. Белтё меняют каждый день. Есть бассейн

酒店房間裏蜥蜴亂跑，注意…住過最垃圾，最噁心的酒店，沒有之一，剛入住，從天花板上跑下來一直蜥蜴，快遞的鑽到電視背景牆後的夾層裏了，嚇得我再不敢住了，於是去前台取消訂單，前台説，他取消不了，衹能聯繫平台取消，然後連續平台的時候，客服説是酒店不同意退，但是前台口口聲聲説，是平台不讓退。於是，我讓他寫了一個字條，為了不影響他們店的生意，我説，取消的理由你可以隨便寫一個，然後他就寫了航班延誤。然後在後續的交涉中，酒店死不承認，也不同意退款，這種滿酒店都是小動物的酒店，你還敢住嗎？大家避雷，真的不能住，住了就嚇成***了。

J’ai séjourné pendant 8 nuits et c’est un excellent rapport qualité prix. Très bonne situation, gentillesse du personnel, piscine bien entretenue.

覺得房間算是比較早期的飯店了，設施不多說，位置真的很好，對面就是icon Bali ，出來有便利商店，附近按摩店、餐廳很多可以選擇。

아이콘몰 바로 앞이라 해변 접근 및 밥 먹기도 너무 좋았어요~~ 직원들도 친절하고 조용해서 다음에도 또 올거에요~~~

아이콘 앞 위치 최고, 걸어서 다니기 좋고 사누르 항구도 스쿠터 10분 내외. 수영장 좋구요. 다만 화장실 냄새가 좀 났습니다.
