Hotel a bit shabby for its name, definitely needs some maintenance, room smelled a bit musty, but the food was good and the people were OK.

Great hotel with even more amazing Spa. Balinese masseuses are the best! The spa is clean, spacious and very cozy. It offers a lot of different therapies and massages. Definitely recommended. The hotel itself it's great, it has many food outlets, outdoor swimming pools, private beach and golf course naturally, but the spa is it's best feature.

I'm a regular guest at the hotel. My stay was very enjoyable. Great conditions in hotel rooms, clean and luxurious! The thermal part is very pleasant- pool, saunas, steam baths. It is the real pleasure to enjoy great massages, real relaxation! I also enjoyed the delicious food at the Passage Restaurant - a five -stage menu - a romantic dinner for two! They greeted me with a smile! And I leave with many pleasant feelings and emotions! I recommend hot!

Nice hotel, big room and very comfortable bed. The staff from SE Asia are very kind, cheerful and discreet and Viraj from the indoor pool bar very professional, skilled and a pleasant company. Balcik is also an interesting place to find sth to visit, like qeen's Maria castel.

Тhere are not many European hotels with such abundance, variety and quality of services and international and bulgarian food. The Hotel offers large, sunny, quiet and very clean rooms. You can use the modern fitness and pilates rooms or paticipate different еntertainment and beauty programs. If you visit the hotel in the summer you would enjoi the black sea sun on the beach. In the spring or autumn you can make your best golf plays with friends. The winter is the wonderful season for SPA procedures. Actually here is best SPA center on the Black Sea coast - whatever you think of is there - infrared and finnish sauna, steam and turkish bath, large indoor pool, different massages etc. Since 6 years we come to the hotel 6-8 times yearly for a short or longer vacation. We always enjoy the 5* breakfast and dinner. The ratio price/quality is beyond all expectations!

This our second time, we have a great family time and great golf course. Highly recommend for a family vacation, kids can enjoy swimming and many activities while you can enjoy playing golf. Food was very good and of course the hospitality was amazing

Do not go here! We left a day before our check out because it was not possible to stay - no good sleep no eatable food in all inclusive. This place is a complete waste of money. The food selection in the all-inclusive package is limited and very poor, quality of food very bad. They serve the same fish, bread, pizza and pre-made salads from the previous day's lunch for next days breakfast, lunch and dinner. It comes a terrible smell from the kitchen area, floor is sticky everywhere. Bathroom smells and shower was stuck the water could not go down. The indoor pool is a disaster, with visible mold in it. The outdoor pool is outdated and downright dangerous for kids. The hotel itself is old and run-down, far from the glossy pictures in their marketing. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was loud all night and has been "fixed" multiple times after numerous complaints, but it still doesn't work properly. This place is over-marketed and not worth your time or money. Avoid it at all costs!

The hotel have a great view at the sea, and every morning feels special. If YOU want to relax this is a good place to be, the staff is nice and very friendly. I am not one of the food critic but I really enjoy eating here. All I tasted was amazingly delicious.

Amazing place to go on your vacation! Great view, food, rooms and staff! A lovely place to go with your family and friends! Great view from the resort and good music. I will come another time for sure here! Golf and many activities to do with your family and friends!

Good services for restaurant, food, places, etc but...unfortunately, my favourite parfume was stolen from my luggages. The answer of the hotel's reprezentatives was incredibile: "it was constated that one of our housekeeping staff assumed that the parfum was empty and since he was not aware of its value, the parfum was thrown to garbage…" So, please secure your valuable stuff in the safety deposit box!

Very enjoyable 4 nights with the lads for a golf trip, the lighthouse course was a good quality and well maintained especially with the heat, black sea rama was lovely as well probably my favourite of the three courses we played, Thracian cliffs being the 3rd (excellent course just a bit too difficult for me personally need to have your A game for that one) Staff were great and helpful, especially those working on the food and drink side of the hotel they couldn't be happier to help and make sure you're having a good time. We went all inclusive and the food was decent as a buffet option with plenty of healthy options and a signature show piece each meal prepared in front of you. Breakfast was a little samey which is to be expected but otherwise not disappointed. The rooms are fantastic and the beds extremely comfortable, spa was lovely and would highly recommend the lighthouse golf massage.
