The room was mini but clean. The shuttle bus to the airport was very convinient. It 's suitable for those who take early flights.

Very basic room with not much space to move about. But of course, one is not expected to stay beyond one night. Functional at the very least. Dental kit not provided. No free airport transfer.

Value for money? I am not sure. It is a usual ibis budget room not really super close to the airport (20 mins by foot or 8dollars shuttle to be booked in advance).

stuffy room with no ventilation. An air conditioner does not change the air. would like to open a window. Apart from that it did what I expected.

Good place for an overnight stay (in transit). It was really nice to get our room upgraded to a bigger room - for free.

Such an ideal hotel for those who has early flight or just a short stay. It got everything we need. Countdown & warehouse just next to the hotel. Complimentary cereal & hot beverages. So thoughtful of the hotel to have a play area for the kids which my son enjoyed it very much. There is an airport shuttle too which cost 6 nzd pp. Free for children under 12.

Perfect choice for a stop over at Auckland airport in terms of value for money - we found in still foot walk distance the hotel and could use the luggage trolley up to the hotel (bus is also available). The hotel is a typical modern IBIS hotel.

The hotel is situated in quiet location with amenities nearby. Staff friendly. Room is cleaned. Good for a night stay after flying for nearly 11 from Shanghai to Auckland.

The hotel room is well arranged. We stayed here with 4 people, but it does not feel cramped. The hotel is near the Auckland airport, but if you travel with the older people, I suggest taking the yellow bus to the hotel.

The room size is larger than expected for two single bed. Facilities is ok. However, it's not too near airport. If you go there with baggage, it will be hard work. Actually it has hotel bus to travel between hotel and airport (NZD6)but it doesn't mention on the website.

A basic, clean, bright, and reasonably-priced hotel that's perfectly located for someone overnighting between international / domestic flights like me. Brilliant staff - friendly, approachable, and, more importantly, focused on solutions. They put to shame the attitude and behaviour of many much more expensive New Zealand hotels.
