Các đánh giá Andaz Macau

Đây là khách sạn thứ hai của tôi ở Macau. Dịch vụ này rất xuất sắc và tôi nghĩ đó là sự lựa chọn tốt nhất, đặc biệt là khi sử dụng Galaxy Grand Deck. Chỗ ở sạch sẽ và thuận tiện để đưa đón đi lại. Tôi cũng rất thích sử dụng hồ bơi nội bộ.

Đó là một chuyến đi thú vị. Cơ sở vật chất sạch sẽ và hầu hết nhân viên đều thân thiện, nhưng nhân viên phục vụ phòng cảm thấy dịch vụ phòng chưa tốt lắm so với giá cả. Thực đơn phục vụ tại phòng không ngon lắm nên có cảm giác như nó không đáng giá. Ngoài ra, sự sạch sẽ của căn phòng, nhân viên hồ bơi và những người kiểm tra chúng tôi rất lịch sự và hữu ích. Tuy nhiên, họ nói sẽ mang bánh kỷ niệm vào lúc 8 giờ tối nhưng bánh không được giao nên tôi phải mất công yêu cầu qua điện thoại. Tôi nghĩ dịch vụ này hơi vô tổ chức, có lẽ vì khách sạn mới khai trương. Tuy nhiên, tôi hài lòng và muốn ghé thăm lại nếu tôi có thể đặt chỗ ở mức giá thấp.

Fantastic service from the team, glad to assist with all directory questions. Booked 3 rooms, 2 were available for early check in slightly before noon. The last room reeked of cigarette smell and no questions asked, they changed a new room for us.

Fourth time visiting Andaz Hotel. This time staying at the north wing. Comfy rooms with excellent services.

Super good and very stunning hotel. Close to venetian, parisian, studio city.. Definitely a yes to come back!

The hotel is new at Galaxy complex. Very convenient. Theres even bus to hong kong. Many eatery and near to taipa village.

Coming back to Andaz Macau for the 6th time! Had a great staycation with our daughter. It's a family-friendly hotel.

Everything was perfect, from check in to check out! With a lot of complimentary snacks and drinks!!! Warm welcome from the housekeeping! Loveeee it!!!

Room is good, overall it worth the price we paid. Found edges of cabinet were sticky, but not something serious. Staff are polite and helpful, but it took more than 20 minutes to deliver us the things we need, asked for vacuum service but took quite long then we called again for it. Our girl was eating egg rolls and it's all over the floor, so the cleaning was something extra we asked for. Baby's amenities were provided for our 2cy/o, just the baby crib we needed to call again for it. After all, the hotel was kind enough to give us a birthday cake for our celebration and offered late check out to us. Thank you. Breakfast buffet was great, with many varieties, Chinese, western, hot, cold, etc. We tried the Andaz Bar too and the drinks there are pretty good too, nice place for friends catchup or business chat.

Very nice service, i have a pack of snack opened and left in the room table. They put my snack into a zip bag to keep fresh.

Great service and convenient location. Only bad is the shuttle to the ferry terminal free shuttle requires to go to Galaxy entrance for boarding in. Else everything great!!

Room was clean with nice view. Nice staff and warm welcoming was impressive. Will visit again.
