Very nice newer hotel. Service was ok. Security arrived quickly to reset the safe, though the maintenance staff couldn't fix my dripping shower faucet. They showed up right away, misdiagnosed the problem and said it would stop over time. It didn't. When I notified the front desk the next morning, they assured me that maintenance would be there to fix it. They never showed up again. Three days of hearing a dripping shower faucet...
Oh yeah, and don't get a room on the second floor near the fitness center. Gyms bros too weak to properly put down dumbbells. ****** letting them drop and thus rattling everything on the floor at all hours of the day and night.

Love this hotel,I was also able to check in an hour early which I was so happy about, this property has a lovely rooftop area and amazing staff definitely worth staying

1. No hot water for the shower. I would have been better staying at Motel 6
2. Rude front desk staff. Was awakening for me.
3. Requested for 2 water bottles from housekeeping, theyforgot about it. Never delivered at my room.
4. Loud music at 2am from roof top bar. I did not report at front desk, because the staff were not friendly.
5. No cleaning service done at my room.
I can go on....Overall a horrible place to stay. IMHO.

Nice hotel. Stafd was accomadating and allowed for a late check kut, whicb was much appreciated. Check in could have smoother but overall a nice experience and a great location. I'd stay here again

Front desk person was not in a good mood, lack friendliness did not make us feel welcome. We asked to have the breakfast included and was not explained that we had to pay for it. Confusing!

I’ve stayed at many locations in Atlanta. This location is now on my top list to stay. Just celebrated my birthday/new years and it was amazing, staff was amazing and welcoming. I loved everything about this hotel but the only issue that stood out to me was the hallways having an unpleasant sewage smell everything else was top tier. I’ll be back in a couple of months

The check-in staff was wonderful as usual!!!! We stayed here New Years Eve so we could just go up to the rooftop to bring in the new year. However, we were told if we did not have a ticket to be up there, it was $55/person, which would include a buffet (that never appeared)!!!! Craziness. What ticket??? We weren't informed of any ticket. We were already patronizing the hotel but to pay an additional $110 to be on the rooftop was insane. We just wanted somewhere safe where we didn't have to leave the hotel to enjoy ourselves. And truth be told, it was completely dead up there so we left for a little bit and came back for the rooftop to be shut down way earlier than what we were told!! Total Doop!

Crazy hotel ever, this hotel security fallow you every step, my friends was a visit me but they fallow then and bother them so bad, uncomfortable hotel ever
