The hotel is smaller and less organized that the neighboring hotel resorts. Parking was off site, back a small path near the maintenance and was in a public are so there is no security. Rooms were ok, standard but worn from much traffic. The food and beverage selection was excellent, there were many separate locations to eat and snack. Reception needs help for check in, took forever to get a simple answer. I booked a sea view and got a side room looking into the back roads with a glimpse of the sea. The compound is a sort of an angle L shape so that we were looking onto another property. The pools and such are close together, it’s tightly organized. Probably the best was the choices for children including water park and slides. Beach area was standard, boardwalk bar is great but needs some attention from staff. The one lifeguard, he was bald and dark tanned older gentleman was so kind and helpful, always had a good word and a laugh. All in all a good stay, enjoyable staff, friendly and fast service from employees who go out of their way to help.

We are on the last night of our 11 night stay at Saturn Palace. We are really disappointed to be leaving tomorrow and have already been looking at dates to return later in the year. From beginning to end we have had a fun, relaxing, stress free family holiday. As previous reviews state its the staff who make this place special. Whatever the management are doing to keep their team happy and motivated please keep doing so as I have never been to a hotel where every person working genuinely seems to want to help in whatever way they can. We arrived late and had a problem with our room key which was fixed really quickly by the man showing us to our room. We booked a VIP whirlpool terrace room which was immaculately cleaned and restocked every day by the friendly and hard working housekeeper. We had such beautiful views over the pool and the sea and it was a luxury to have a whirlpool bath on our terrace with a drink at the end of a hard day sun bathing! We felt it was worth paying the extra. We really enjoyed the food here with so many different foods at the main restaurant and the kiosks around the hotel. We aren't very adventurous foodies but there were plenty of meats, kebabs, casseroles, curry, pasta, chips, nuggets, burgers etc and there always seemed to be vegetarian options and fish dishes too. The desserts are the best we've experienced on an all inclusive and they don't use the clear jelly stuff on all of the cakes like we've always experienced in Turkish hotels before. They have ice cream throughout the day and in the main restaurant for dinner. Drinks are also great, beer from the bar is Tuborg and there are cans of Efes in the mini fridge. There is a large selection of cocktails, wine, soft and hot drinks etc and I really enjoyed the ice coffee (with a baileys thrown in after 2ish). The pools are large with plenty of sunbeds, despite whatever time we ventured down we could find several poolside together. Towel exchange is quick and easy from the spa next to the indoor pool which we used a few days early on during our stay as the outdoor pools were very cold, but we could see maintenance staff monitoring the temperature and it was heated slightly making it a little more enjoyable. The pool bar staff work so hard bringing drinks to your sunbed throughout the day. There are also snacks like pizza, burgers, cakes, ice creams coming round the poolside which was a lovely touch. Also the Customer Relations team come round most days to catch up and see how everything is going and if there are any problems, and from what I heard they sort problems very quickly. The only issue we had was the air conditioning unit is controlled centrally and due to the time of year was only on fan mode which was bearable, however that was switched off a few nights as some guests felt the hotel was cold. We spoke with reception and tried to explain that these guests could just turn off the fan from their room (or there is even an option to have heating). I don't thin

We have spent 2 amazing weeks at this Hotel, the food is lovely, the place is so clean and the staff, from the kitchen to the cleaners, waiters, bar staff and especially the entertainment team work very hard as you see everyday that you spend here. Everybody goes the extra mile, and they can't do enough for you. The guest relations team go around everyday asking if everything is ok, is there anything they can improve and I can honestly say they really can't make it any better than it is. There are different bars to go to, different restaurants, there's entertainment every night from dancers, live music, there is an extreme sports show, there is even karaoke and bingo which actually has great prizes. I couldn't remember everybody's name, but special shout outs to Zeki, who made me laugh everyday, he is brilliant with kids and adults and so much fun. Again, special mentions for Hassan, Ozkaan, Mert, DJ Ozzy and the entire entertainment team (wish i could remember all their names) there's games to play everyday from darts, shooting, table tennis, volleyball, a real tennis court, a football 5 a side pitch and different pool games to partake in all made fun by the entertainment team. The bar staff and waiters, especially Serhat, Ferhat, Sefer, Tugba, Mahir and the girl from the rooftop restaurant, again, all go the extra mile for you, nothing is too much trouble. So many names I can't remember who deserve credit too. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anybody whether a younger or older couple, or a family with children from any ages. This is the place. We also went to the spa which offers a range of different treatments and packages (shout out to Senar) I had never been to Turkey before but I would definitely come back to Saturn Palace if I did. I can't thank these guys enough for a great family holiday. Also, the weather has been stunning. No complaints at all. Hopefully come back in the future to the same team who work here now. Fantastic hotel… the staff go Above and beyond to make sure your stay is everything you hoped for and more… plenty of beds around the pool .. no need to get up early to reserve and the staff are constantly coming round with drinks … food … and ice cream throughout the day no need to even get up lol ….along with a lovely visit from guest services daily to make sure every thing is going well. Fairground; the dodgems was a big hit for my 13 year old! Cocktail bar is a must… cocktails are amazing freshly made and just like the ones made in the uk … and available from midday until 10pm except Sundays .. Food plentiful with lots of choices you will never go hungry staying here! Good cleaning standards too! Would highly recommend to all and will definitely return in the future!

Very very good hotel and the staff absolutely made it and would rather them higher if I could. Location. There is a mall pretty much opposite or a short walk to more which is well worth it. A lot more shops at other end of resort which probably necessitate a taxi for most Food A la carte restaurants were ok but nothing special. Pool restaurant upstairs was very good and no need to book (only open at night). Snack bars good but inconsistent Drink Alcohol was hit and miss on quality but it's AI so just drink more lol. Cocktail bar was very good but only open till 10pm Aircon Worked very good in the room and main restaurantbut almost non existant in the hotel main areas and bar Staff Superb. Couldn't do enough for you. Had an issue with room. Fixed it. Always bringing drinks to you at pool side etc etc Room Bed wasn't the best but certainly not the worst. Had a family room with 2 bedroom and enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers comfortably. Mini bar filled daily. Aircon good and shower nice and powerful Pools Good pools but a bit more crammed in than other hotels I've been too. Good but not brilliant slides and beach was almost part of the hotel so easy to come and go Extras Coffee shop is superb and the guy in there makes a superb coffee and is really friendly. Funfair also a nice addition for the kids Overall a really good holiday but I'd try a different hotel next time as some others along Lara Beach stretch looked more spectacular (although probably more expensive too!)

We had a fantastic time at Saturn Palace. Room was excellent. Comfortable beds, clean, and cool despite the unseasonably high temperatures at the start of our holiday. Special mention to Zeynova who looked after our room brilliantly for our two weeks. Quick tip, if you want to change your minibar configuration, just let Guest Relations know and they will be happy to help. Pools were fantastic, all three with a different vibe. We settled on the big (middle)pool where we spent the majority of our time. No review can be complete without mentioning Mami - what a guy! Looks after you like royalty and a great laugh as well “two beers mate? Yes please” Mami is what holidays are all about! Food is amazing - there really is something for everyone! We visited the Rooftop bar on several occasions - not sure many know about this place as was always quiet - give it a go, it’s well worth it. Guest Relations were great. Came to see us every day to see if there was anything they could do to make our holiday better. Happily there wasn’t. The Patisserie is a great area to relax in the evening between dinner and the show / fair. The most air conditioned area of the hotel outside of the rooms. Complimentary cakes were great. Right next to Lobby Bar where the superstar was Idris who was a great laugh every night. The entertainment team worked really hard to make sure that you enjoyed your holiday with daytime activities, and great evening shows. Reception Team, come on guys, give us a smile!! That’s my only slightly non-positive feedback. The guy that checked us in didn’t crack a smile and was very mechanical in his approach - not fitting with everything else we found about this hotel. We will absolutely return and can wholeheartedly recommend Saturn Palace for a wonderful family holiday! Thanks for a great two weeks!! A

Great Hotel and deserving of a 5 star for sure. Whirlpool bath room was worth the upgrade above the main restaurant with super views a remote controlled retractable canopy I mean.... 10/10 good choice of food, staff extremely friendly, chap in charge of the entertainment was brilliant never stopped, only thing we didn't get to try was the foam party as I think the machine had broken but other than that brilliant we have since been back 2 more times to different hotels in the area and this is far better (Trendy Lara up the road and Sealight in Izmir - nowhere near as good at Saturn Place!)

Room is in principle good. But due to lack of maintenance we had a lot of problems. Light in the bathroom was not working. Light outside the room was constantly red (imply that we are not in the room) so that a lot of staff walked straight into the room without knocking the door although we/the baby was sleeping. The door handle fell of several times although the technical staff repaired it (on the same day it fell of again). Location is good. The only good thing. Safetywise: Actually good but we felt unsafe since several times a day the staff walked into the room without knocking. Food was just OK. But the service was poor. Breakfast table was not ready several times. Although we sat on the table nobody took care about spoon, knife and forks. Tables were not clean. Many staff walked in front of us but nobody cared. Orderings of Tea or other beverages needed ages to come to the table We were several times in other hotels in the same price class in Lara. And this one is by far the poorest. Some were multiple times better although they cost same. Now I understood why even turkish people are going to Egypt or Greece. Turks know that the service here is not worth the money.

Our first time in Turkey and what a wonderful hotel. The staff are fabulous and work so hard! Rooms are fantastic. Plenty of choice for food. Ibrahim from guest relations is very friendly and will go the extra mile to help you out in any way. Duru from the main dining area is fantastic and our children love her, everyday she makes us feel welcome and treated us like family. Very friendly and polite. The staff work so hard. We love the animation team, entertainment is great. We are only half way through our stay but know we will be back again next year. The Anderson family.

Well, what can I say... This resort exceeded all my expectations. Our first time in Turkey 🇹🇷 and I can honestly say I didn't want to leave. We arrived late in the evening at around 2300hrs, ahead of our 10 day stay. The hotel reception staff were so welcoming and took our bags to our room, then invited us down for some food in the restaurant. The hotel room was just perfect. They provided us with dressing robes and slippers, the rooms were cool in temperature, and the mini bar was fully stocked for us. This was the case throughout the whole of our stay. We had fresh towels in our room each day, and in addition to this, they provided separate towels to use on the pool side. There are plenty of toiletries from cotton wool to earbuds. They really have thought of everything to make your stay really welcoming. Breakfast had a wide choice of options, and the staff always greeted you and offered you a suitable table.. in the mornings, we always navigated towards Emin, the waiter. He was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us.. we would also see him down the beach during the day and then for the evening meal.. the special touch was he always remembered us.. and often teased me on which cocktail I should try next. After breakfast, we would then head to the poolside... there we were looked after by Mami. Mami is just the nicest person you could ever meet. Learns the lingo of the visitors and is always smiling.. picking up on our sayings of "Lovely Jubbly" and ensuring you were always hydrated with plenty of cool drinks and remembering what your favourite cocktails were.. 🍸 We would then see Mami again for the evening meal. He would ensure your table was laid to perfection and make sure your every need was catered for. Making me flowers that were then placed on our table before we arrived 🫶 again, Mami would ensure I had everything I needed. At the evening meal there was a whole variety of food to try and the desserts are out of this world. Even a fussy eater is catered for. At the Aqua Pool Bar, you will get to meet Serhat. Serhat, again, remembered your cocktail of choice and would ensure you never had an empty glass. Service with a smile and would always greet you with a hand shake. We often saw Mahir. He always greeted us with a smile and was lovely to speak with. Constantly ensuring we had everything we needed and would go above and beyond for us. Eren would ensure our glass was never empty and make sure we had a table in the busy periods of the day. Tugba, she always surprised us with a new kind of drink and made sure we were happy. Despite having limited English, she made the effort to communicate with us and was always willing to learn. All these staff were supervised by Mustafa and Tùrker. These two were just perfect and greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile every time we saw them. Tùrker would ensure I was happy the whole 10 days we were there. He would make sure to serve my favourite cocktails before I even put the reque

All the staff really care about you having a good time. The quick service during lunch and dinner, making you feel special in the a la carte restaurant and the fabulous marguaritas in the lobby bar. We had a medical emergency (allergy related): in 5 minutes there was a nurse and in 10 minutes a doctor. The hotel was at 100% capacity during our stay but it never felt that way with regards to sunbeds or food. Tip: if you were to have a complaint during your stays, do inform asap the guest relation manager. They will do their best. Some improvement points: we had hoped for more teenage club activities.
