A great value hotel with lots of f and b options and a large swimming pool that was showing the English cup final.

Had a lovely stay. Just struggled to sleep due to loud music from PJ BESIDE our room. Pool was nice and quiet just bit chilly but still warm enough to swim. Breakfast was lovely. Friendly staff

Convenient location, good connection with public transport, clean hotel and polite staff!! We particularly enjoyed the pool and Wellness Center.

All is good... the only thing is wifi it's very slow....

L’emplacement est imbattable: tout est à portée de main. Le personnel est vraiment serviable et réactif, les installations très faciles à utiliser, la chambre bien équipée et confortable. Le fait est que les chambres non fumeurs se trouvent qu’au premier étage implique la vue sur les locaux techniques, l’humidité venant du spa / piscine, pas d’intimité car les collaborateurs passent librement dans le couloir devant la fenêtre et l impossibilité de ouvrir la fenêtre pour des raisons de sécurité. Pour un long séjour c’est assez pesant. En gros, bon temps passé au sein de cet établissement.

Housekeeping Mr Tajwhen he comes to our room he always changes everthing that needs to be changed in the room he also cleans our room he always asks us if we need anything eldo and he is very kind and happy to stay here I love this hotel so much thanks you Mr taj an housekeeping Arshad

My stay at Al Ain Palace Hotel Abu Dhabi was pleasant overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. However, room service was slow and not very knowledgeable about the food they served, and room cleaning was not so good but could be improved for longer stays. The hotel's location was excellent, offering convenience for exploring Abu Dhabi. The highlight was the spacious and inviting pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Despite some minor service delays, the genuine hospitality of the staff stood out. Their willingness to help and their friendly attitude made a positive impression throughout our stay.

Facility is so clean and all staff are helpful and friendly. I definitely choose this hotel for another booking bringing my family. Swimming pool also is fantastic. I recommend this hotel for your stay either for business, couple and great for family stay! Accessible are as well.

Booked the hotel for 2 people and we check in 7.00 pm and at 7.15 my friend came to visit at that time they told visitor are not allowed at the hotel and 7.30pm I checked out and book other hotel.In my life never book again these hotel in my life . Never expected
