We stayed here for 4 nights and had 2 separate rooms. The worst experience from start to the end of our stay. Firstly, there were no hand towels or hand soap in both rooms and we only had one bath towel in each room. After several requests we finally got the towels but still no hand soap until the next day after we’d complained to our travel agent. Second night, there was a leak from the air conditioning unit right above our son’s bed which was reported. Unfortunately this was not repaired & our son had to share the bed with our daughter. Day 3 our bath towels were taken from both rooms but these were not replaced. We asked housekeeping to give us towels to no avail. We called reception to get the towels and still nothing . In the end we spoke to our travel agent to help which they did & the “manager“ came to our room but with beach towels by which time our daughter & I had already had a shower & used the hand towels to dry ourselves since we couldn’t wait as we were meeting family. The duvet in our children’s room was taken & not replaced until we complained. During the checkout, we were charged for water bottles from the restaurant & we asked for the bill. We were advised that the bill would be sent to our travel agent which we found to be strange. Eventually after trying to speak to the “manager, Ravindra Mishra)”we managed to get the bill. For children’s room, they had put in another single bed when they could have just separated the two single beds which were already in the room. The safe in our room did not work even after the technician tried to fix it. We were then given another safe which also did not work so we were left without a safe. Also, the duvet we had was not big enough for a double bed. Breakfast choice is limited. At checkout when complained to Mr Mishra about our entire stay he did not know what to say.
