Great place for the price which can accept pets. Close but not so close to the *****

Upon arrival at the hotel, the first thing that SHOCKED me was the number of crickets that was surrounding the hotel. It was a very terrifying experience as the number was so many that you can avoid it at all. I have booked the hotel for the location and the shuttle bus to the airport. but i was told when checking in that there is no more shuttle service to the airport and none of this was communicated to me before my arrival and after my booking. We have booked the hotel due to the shuttle services available and the staff simply told us it was too bad that shuttle service is cancelled and i have to take uber myself. NO empathy at all to their guest. After checking into the room, it looked clean however the carpet was terrible. i have never been to a hotel worse than Hyatt Place. After walking bare footed for 3mins. my feet was black. The carpet was so dirty that it look like no1 has ever cleaned it. I will most certainly stay away from this hotel due to the bugs, staff and the cleanliness.

展會期間，除了稍微貴一點，其它沒毛病。離機場10分鐘內車程，離展館也是差不多時間，適合出差入住。唯一一點由於在馬路邊晚上偶爾還是有點吵，不過酒店也配了耳塞，下次來拉斯還會考慮住這家。

房間還可以，就是空調特別大聲調不了，睡覺之前得拆下來，還有安排的房間在頭上，過道的空調也很大聲

距離會展中心距離不是特別遠，打車10分鐘就到。含早餐，比較方便

HYATTの名前の割には建物設備がとても古かった。特にテレビシステムがオンデマンドじゃなかった。

The hotel is next to the airport which make the planes take off very noise . The sheet covers in the room need to be replaced .

From the beginning James was very polite. And really helpful. The next morning breakfast was hot and ready right away. Your housekeeping did a very nice job keeping the entire hotel clean at all time. Check out Luis was very helpful keep are bag in a great place because my flight was later in the day. Fantastic job to your staff with a fabulous hotel

So loud at night. Between the non-stop classical musical played in the parking lot, the low flying jets above, and the constant traffic just outside, it's no wonder we were woken up several times in the night. Definitely a bad location for a hotel.

Front desk girls was very friendly and attentive. 24 hours coffee was a plus. We wish they should do that with hot water as well.

We stayed for 4 nights and we loved everything about it from the friendly staff to the cleanest of the place. We had house keeping for the 4 nights we stayed and the room was always left nice and clean every time. We also loved that breakfast was included so we woke up everyday to a very good breakfast the buffet was always clean and well organized with a variety of things to enjoy would definitely recommend and mostly likely booked again.

The hotel had a shuttle but I was told it was only for employees, this ruined what might have been a good experience and stay, why have a shuttle and not use it for guests

What I liked the most was the breakfast and it is a few minutes from the main street
