I love the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the food in the Italian restaurant is awesome! Great location next to the beach. Although there are not many activities in the hotel, it is quite, cozy compare to the busy area.

I had mixed feelings about this hotel: -Very spacious room/suite and comfortable bed. -Nice places to hang out in the hotel with nice views. -Staff was very friendly But: -Poor isolation. We got awaken by loud music from neighbors’ tv at 6 AM. We heard everything as if the speakers were in our room. -Disappointing breakfast (only toast and fruits). Overall good experience, but could be better for a 4-star hotel.

The staff is absolutely splendid, courtesy, helpful, and willing. The food, however tasteless and left us with much to be desired. The bar in the lobby has the best mixologist so far

Belle hotel, piscine, restaurant a la carte excellent et chambre spacieuse. Par contre la plage pleine de sargasses et pas la plus jolie de playa del carmen. Deçus du petit dejeuner peu varié Enfin nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié le fait de donner une addition apres chaque repas ou chaque verre commandé dans un livret noir afin de laisser un pourboires. Cela semble imposé et pas correct car All Inclusive!

Zimmer sind mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet - Mexikanischer Standard, Dusche zum Teil mit wenig Wasserdruck. Matratzen super, das Frühstück ist sehr fettig, viel frittiertes, für uns eher ein Lunch. Da geht auf jeden Fall mehr.
