Nice and comfortable hotel for a business trip. Rooms are spacious and the green surroundings add up to a relaxed atmosphere. There’s a lotus pond in the middle with great views. Lacks a bit in terms of international amenities but it’s understandable given it’s location. Heard great things about the hot springs. Have to try them next time.

Very friendly and helpful staffs, they provide excellence services. The room is so cosy and relax. The location is so good, walking distance to seaside, coffee shop, shopping malls, May Fourth Square, some local restaurants and Metro station. There is a cosy and romantic coffee shop near the hotel, called Waveside Coffee House, enjoy my coffee with romantic sunset.

Nice hotel with a grandeur entrance. The staff was amazingly helpfull. As the building is old the upper floors shower took 15 min to get hot water, what is really a waste, but after that it was good. The hotsprings just beside the hotel are quite old, and the “maintenance” concept doesn’t seam to exist. Whatever still works… works the rest don’t. Still we had a good time, but be aware it might be a deception if you are not at ease with half the things not working

QQueenNatWooThe staff was very friendly and helpful with answering questions and assisting us without even asking. The amenities are top notch. The place was clean but a little attention to details would make it better (like the stained carpet in the bedroom. We ended up with an ugly but clean view. Even saw people walking by and was about to change so glad that there was curtain in the bathroom area but I love the open and airiness of the room. The hallways were dark as well as the hallway along the first floor corridor. I think it’s for the atmosphere. The amenities were amazing. The food for breakfast was not memorable but suitable and cooked well. The pool area was so crowded with children so I passed but everyone look like they were enjoying it. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

NNatasha PutterMy kids and I spent a week in Qingdao and stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It turned out to be a lovely getaway. The room was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and offered a stunning ocean view—plus, we were treated to fireworks every evening right from our window, which was a magical touch. Breakfast was available every morning with a good range of options; we appreciated the variety. Room service was a hit with the kids—they couldn’t get enough of the spaghetti bolognaise and popcorn chicken! I personally enjoyed the club sandwich and the beef noodles. We devoted an entire day to the water park, where the kids had an absolute blast. Although some parts of it could use renovation, it didn’t dampen our fun. One of our favorite activities was cruising around the resort on four-wheel e-bikes—it felt like a private adventure since much of the area was quiet and fairly abandoned, but that added a special charm. The beach is also just across the road, so you can go play in the sand at any time, there are also some men who offer horse and jet ski rides right on the beach. The beach also isn’t too crowded. The only drawback was the resort’s location. It’s quite far from most of Qingdao’s main attractions, so every excursion required at least an hour-long Didi ride. Still, the experience was well worth it, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We’d absolutely return again.

The pool tub was not well maintained. As the resort is set in nature, it’s also worth noting that insects may be present in the room or bed. Overall, a scenic stay, but more proactive communication and better upkeep would enhance the experience, particularly for foreign visitors.

The only flaws are 1. The location of the lobby, it’s up a ramp next to traffic and gets really ******* cold in the winter 2. There are no stop lights to cross the road to the beach, it’s really scary to cross when busy. 3. You can only enter on the sea side entrance, the other entrances are for residents only and you can’t access the hotel
