This two bedroom, two bath townhome style condo offers private parking for two cars with a private entrance. This small, 18 unit complex offers a quiet place to relax at the private, salt water pool with attached tiki hut. Rhys' place offers a private grill for guest use, and three private balconies, all with ocean views. The unique floor plan allows for a sitting room downstairs, attached to the full kitchen, with a separate living room upstairs. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen sized bed and smart TV with attached bathroom (tiled shower). The eat in kitchen offers all major appliances including a dishwasher. Attached to the kitchen is a small sitting area with a queen sized sleeper sofa, a large smart TV, and direct access to one of the three balconies.
