The waffles for breakfast were good and I tried the scrambled eggs, which were not so good. They evidently sitting in the pan for a while and they were hard and not too tasty. I tasted the gravy and that was ok. I liked the orange juice and coffee and creamers choices too. Thanks.

We had an issue with our toilet leaking and they happily let us change to another room. Then we realized that night when preparing for bed that my husband forgot his sleep shorts in the old room. The next morning he saw a cleaning woman and she gladly let him back into the old room to retrieve the shorts! Always a friendly staff and enjoy meeting new people in the pool and hottub. Love the breakfast and the attached restaurant!

À mon arrivée le 03/10/2025 il n’y avait personne pour m’aider avec charriot et bagages jusqu’à la chambre 411.. Le lendemain j’avais trouvé une servante mince dans la chambre pendant l’heure de déjeuner. J’attendais que l’hôtel m’envoie le billet d’évaluation comme par tout , rien. Mon Roku est resté là-bas, mais sa télécommande est avec moi. J’attends la retrouvaille de mon petit Roku. Celestin kayumba Muleka

TTài khoản kháchWe had booked this hotel for our boys team state baseball tournament. Overall good hotel, boys loved the pool. Breakfast was good. Waffles were the best part. Carpet looks newer. Just a couple things in our room 317-there was a sticky spot on carpet in between the 2 double beds that I kept forgetting about until I stepped in it. The room itself was clean and the bedspreads and room itself was updated to look more modern from the not so appeasing hotel pics I saw online. The canvas paintings above the bed were beautiful and modern. The bathroom doesn't have a vent & is smaller. The tub wasn't overly clean. Almost seems like the maintenance rolled a type of white paint over the floor of the tub that is starting to fade. The shower curtain had a few spots on it--but I've never been a fan of hotels with these cloth shower curtains that are used for everyone and probably rarely get removed and washed. The faucet in the bathroom sink had no pressure--just like 4 sprays of water-made it hard to brush your teeth. It's probably something that the maintenance man could fix but I wasn't there long enough to ask about it. The hotel staff came in every day to remove our old towels on the floor and replaced very neatly with new towels. They removed the garbage. It was nice to come back to the hotel to this cleanliness from the hotel staff. Overall it was a good stay. They even had a washer and dryer (bring quarters) to do a load of the teams uniforms for the 3rd day of tournament.

TTài khoản kháchI have had an excellent 3-day stay at this hotel. The beds are comfortable, towels are thick and room is nicely updated, quiet and clean. Totally love the telescoping magnifying mirror on the wall and I really appreciate having a cover on the toilet. (Some places don’t have that anymore. 😱) Breakfast had many choices:  awesome waffles, fruit, whipped cream, cereal, bagels and cream cheese, hard boiled eggs,  and alternating hot egg and sausage choices, and daily biscuits and gravy (highly recommended).  The pool area is small but functional.The hot tub was in working order and the water temperature was good. (I personally like it a little hotter, but that’s just me.) Just ask if you want the lights turned on while you’re in there. I had no problem checking in and staff was very helpful throughout my stay. A previous reviewer had showed concern about the fire doors not being closed at all times, however, they are magnetic and will automatically close in the case of a fire, so no worries there.  Location is convenient to a major arterial and interstate and I had no problems finding the hotel. Close to many popular locations. Thanks for a great stay at a reasonable price.

TTài khoản kháchCheckin process was good; but the room was ice cold when I first arrived. After turning the AC off to get to a more livable temperature, I noticed that the chair by the window reeked of stale cigarette smoke. As long as the fan was always running and the temperature setting was cold, the smell was not noticeable; but hardly hospitable. The center of the bed sagged a bit; it might be due to the lack of proper bed support under the mattress. Plentiful hangers came in handy. Showers were very nice; lots of hot water and good pressure. I can't review the breakfast or facilities because I did not partake of either one. These problems can be quickly rectified; but I should not have to ask. They should have been observed by hotel staff and reported for correction. Housekeeping service showed up at 8:45 on the first day of a 3 day stay to clean the room but I was still sleeping. I didn't realize that I _HAD_ to put out a Do Not Disturb placard to keep them from waking me up. I thought they would be able to tell that I was still in the room with their housekeeping key. They did not return later that day to perform their tidy up routine.

TTài khoản kháchWe loved our stay. We were nervous because previous reviews said the furniture and carpets needed replacement. Not true! The ambiance they are going for is a rustic cabin or fishing lodge. As far as I could tell, just one chair in each room is „distressed“ meaning the chair was new but had been beat up to make it look old. The breakfast was very good. I‘ve never seen croissants at a hotel breakfast before. We especially appreciated that the rooms were truly clean-no stray hairs or flecks of junk to try to ignore. I thought the beds were perfect while my husband said they were a little too firm.

My phone had died and they had lent me a charger so I could finish downloading the app. One of the ladies (August) was super sweet to my 6 year old son. Got him set up with cartoons and some toys while I was trying to figure things out. I wish I had paid attention to their names better. The free breakfast is one of the best ones I’ve seen. The room was amazing. Only complaint is there was a taco bell cup that was full in the room still. Over all I am highly satisfied and will stay again if I need a hotel.

LLyle DobrowskiEvery thing was good but had a problem with paper coffee cups with the company name on it that leak and empty the coffee everywhere including myself . Then it happened again with the second one . So I complained to the desk and the manager said They had to use them because of their franchise contract and he knew about the problem. So that’s stupid. Hope the company reads this and corrects it The management should have taken action immediately. If I would have gotten burned this would be a different thing. Lawyers would be called and money would be paid. Fix the problem.
