Very nice hotel, convenient and safe location. My kids and I enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet.

I picked this hotel for its convenience off of I80 while traveling from CO to IN for the holidays. I was willing to pay a little more to stay here than cheaper options around Omaha and Council Bluffs due to the reviews of the cheaper hotels in the area of them not being good in various things. Check in was easy and they accommodated us with adjoining rooms as requested. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was a good selection of items and easy checkout through text.
The only complaint I have is in one of the rooms, the toilet was not attached well to the floor so it moved every time you sat on it.
We would stay here again.

It was a last minute on the road Christmas Eve booking and it could not have been a better place. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. The place was fresh and clean. Good coffee and tea after a long ride and nice comfy beds and pillows. Morning breakfast was also good before we hit the road again.

This is the third time we have stayed here and it has always been a great stay! Staff is friendly and our rooms have been clean and comfortable.

Was conveniently located however was a little disappointed in the fact that we weren't able to access the adjoining hall to convention center as that's what drew us to this property. Beds were pretty hard and smell of smoke lingered throughout. A little outdated. Wasn't the worst place I've stayed but could have been much better

We have stayed at this property many times, this time we were not given a room on the top floor as requested but on the first floor and three doors from an exit….door slamming all night..people above us walking until after midnight….not happy with this stay at all…

It’s not a very convenient location. It’s rather dumpy around the hotel. The breakfast area is cramped and noisy. The staff person taking care of the breakfast area didn’t even wipe off tables. She was slamming cabinet doors and dragging boxes so noisily that it was distracting. Coffee in the lobby was cold. The front desk clerk directed us to a restaurant that was closed the night we arrived. She didn’t seem to know the area. Very disappointing. There were so many fingerprints and other body prints on the windows in our room that it was disgusting. I won’t stay there again.
