TTài khoản kháchThe rooms were clean and the breakfast, gym and pool were great. However, the reception could have been more attentive and welcoming. It would have been helpful if they explained where the facilities were, like the gym, pool and free bike hire. They also have a coin laundry but no coin exchange machine, and the reception would not change coins for us even though they clearly had some. Overall it felt like we had to chase up services that should have been made easily available.

IItaly ExplorerThen pool was okay but the birds kept on flying in and drinking from it so I got out of there to avoid avian flu which would have destroyed my vacation. They need to really keep the birds out of the pool.
They also don’t have a clothing steamer or irons so you might need to wear your wrinkly clothes or pay them and they return it back ironed the next day.
The toilets had low water pressure so sometimes to took like 3-5 flushes to get rid of all the toilet paper and poop.
The location is about 1 km from the city centre and a bit further from the Leece station.
The breakfast was comprehensive and had the standard things like hams, cheeses, pancake machine and ice creams and gelato for 15eu . This is probably a good value since a pasta is about 10-13 eu nearby anndni nthe city centre including the taxes.
I don’t know if I’d stay here again.

TTài khoản kháchAn Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay.
There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy.
Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

RRenee GartnerThe location is right on the waters edge, with the perfect day beds to enjoy the ocean front.
The room is very generous in size, although we had ongoing issues with the airconditioning and it may be an Aussie thing - but no iron and only the option to wait 24 hrs for “laundry” if you needed anything pressed as it’s deemed a “health issue” to have one in the room. (Not ideal when you’re living out of a suitcase.)
The Hotel prides itself on ‘being green’, but it just felt like that was an excuse to cut corners on the what they offer.
The bikes on offer - were more like they were picked up from a thrift shop - but worked for a morning to travel a little further around the corner.
Be sure to enjoy the insane sunsets!

Best place to be in Malta, very very fantastic young atmosphere in superb surroundings.
Very unusual lobby but really comfortable and activ for all clients, nice bar and superb restaurant.
Very good area all around with night activity and less of 50 meters from the sea.
Several types of Restaurant including the very famous Hugo Burger ( Hugo fast food local Malta Chains )
Cinema, Bowling and Night Clubs, bar’s and Restaurants all around as well really nice shopping centers

TTài khoản kháchSplendido week end in una gran bella città che non conoscevo. Hotel praticamente nel piazzale antistante la stazione. Struttura che ha mantenuto gli standard classici ben curati. Hall spaziosissima e con vari ambienti con salottini con arredamenti classici. Stanza spaziosa con ambiente separato guardaroba e bagno ampio e ristrutturato. Colazione continentale ben assortita. La scelta è stata dettata dalla vicinanza con la stazione FS ma dovessi tornare a Lecce è qui che tornerei. Personale cordiale gentile e professionale. Qualità prezzo convenienza: eccellente. TTài khoản kháchDefinitely a highlight of our 2 week Puglia family (of 4) trip. Regret we only stayed there for 2 nights - could have been longer so after 11 days of road trip we could just stay there and chill. We had all our meals at the hotel which were excellent (be it poolside or the bar). Breakfast (buffet+a la carte) was beautiful with a wide range of choices. We also went Go-Karting nearby which was another wonderful experience for our children. The hotel was simply beautiful and elegant. Its private beach club was also a huge bonus!!!

TTài khoản kháchWe loved the way they kept the authentic farm style masseria across the property. The sunset was spectacular around the pool and restaurants in the evening. We had two spacious deluxe suites, one with 2 stories and the other across one huge ground floor. They were styled like authentic farm workers lodges with the designer touches. The service was outstanding, and every single staff member helped with a smile. We loved our daily escapes to the amazing cliffs and beaches just down the road. Thank you.
